Location is good Staff is very friendly It has everything for a family to stay comfortably, though it is first-time-USA. amenities provided for food (coffee maker, toaster, stovetop etc.), to work (table, plug-points, Airconditioning, wifi) and stay (others like TV (a smart tv would be great though), walk-in closets etc.) and Price is affordable

Wifi is a bit slow and I felt faster wifi option is a bit pricey. Limited options for breakfast. Suggestion: A tie up with car rental agency would be a great idea (if it can be billed along with stay), as first timers like me might not have the required USA credit cards etc., to get a car for rent.

The suite was nice and clean, but I didn't realize that we would have to request all of the dishes and silverware we needed. And that they did not have an ice machine only ice cube trays in the fridge but of course we had to fill them and wait for them to freeze. The laundry facilities were great. We were greeted with a delightful gentleman, answered questions, helped check us in and made sure he was available for any questions. The room was neet and clean, live the kitchenette.

The bathroom needs updating, was big enough but the shower needs updating desperately as the shower was open, fabric curtain, movable shower head, safety rails, the busted shower seat was ripped and coming out of the wall, we are not disabled but we couldn't make it stay up.

Everyone was very sweet n kind I really enjoyed all the amenities! The staff’s kindness in understanding I never did this before! Rented on a booking or website ! So thank you for the sweet folks who work there!

You really can't beat this location for the value. It's right near the mall, valley forge, the casino, and topgolf.

Customer service was a bit lacking. There is no fitness center, breakfast was a coffee bar with some packets of oatmeal and granola bars, and unless you are driving it is a bit far out to get anywhere.

Location for me was the main reason i booked at this hotel Grab n go breakfast was nice touch Woman who checked us in was awesome! Very friendly n informative

Our bathroom was really a disgrace Stains on the sink counter n on the shower soap holder Neither my wife or i felt comfortable even using the shower- so we did not!! Our bed was xtremely hard n uncomfortable

I did like the customer service at the hotel was good also the room was nice the bed was comfortable the shower was good kitchen TV everything was great

only thing is let's be real and get breakfast back not just some granola bars and muffins here and there also would be nice to have an ice machine again and maybe more than one luggage cart.... Other than that everything was really decent I would give it an 8 out of 10 they are very easy things to change thank you

Very clean, polite staff, low prices

My room didn't have heat. It was late when we got there and had to be up early. So when we turned the heat on, I just figured it would take a bit. But we woke in the night to a freezing room.

The staff here is incredibly accommodating and the facilities are so clean. and the people are genuinely so kind. I loved my stay here and it honestly felt like coming home after a long day. which is rare in an extended stay.

After reading so many negative reviews, we were a little hesitant to stay here but our experience was positive. The location is very quiet, room was a bit dated but comfortable. The staff member who checked us in was friendly.

The kitchen had 2 forks and 2 pans but that’s it! No coffee maker and no trash containers in the bathroom.
