Loved my stay at the crown hotel and loved seeing Kellie’s smiling face at the front desk. She is always very welcoming every time we stay. She makes sure our family is well taken care of and addresses questions, needs or concerns we might have with pleasure. We’ve been coming to this hotel for years and she has been amazing to us every single time! Our room was great, clean and had everything we needed. The beds are comfy. The location is very convenient to everything. We traveled with our puppy this time and she loved it too! There were no smells of any kind that indicated that they allowed pets. The crown is always my hotel of choice when visiting the KOP area.

A room was available and near the event at Morton's I was attending. For as they say, it is all about location, location, and location. The parking lot was also well lite which made me worry less about my vehicle.

The check-in staff was a tad inattentive and could have paid more attention to guests rather than their phones. As well, the lobby was a l ittle in a disarray with small childing running about, where I do not dislike children, I had two with me, the staff should have asked parents not to allow their kids to run about yelling.

Breakfast is good, the room size is great for 4 ppl (2 queen bed). We enjoyed our stay there. We got to the hotel and went to dinner, which is great. We woke up early enough to get breakfast. Breakfast was not bad, especially the bacon. The bed is comfy. We were given disabled room, very gracious of them due to my parents' limp. Definitely worth the price for the location.

The floor isn't that clean (I can see some stuff on the ground). I hope the housekeeping did a little better The towel isn't great either, they are not as clean as I would have wanted but it's ok

The following is both what i liked and disliked: The mirror light in the bathroom was broken and the coffee pot wasn't working properly. However, everything else for the most part, was fine. Because we take frequent trips we've stayed in multiple comparable cost/amenities as Crowne. Beyond the expected cleanliness, nice linens and a breakfast buffet, It's difficult to really distinguish a hotel within this price range. We did have a stay with one hotel that had a coffee bar set up on a 24hr basis. We even stayed at a Red Roof that had a small 24hr coffee station. The Crowne staff hostess for breakfast and I had an issue with the breakfast tickets. I had them, there shouldn't have been any discussion but, there was. It however, was resolved quickly. The breakfast buffet layout could be more organized and in a better location in the restaurant. The Crowne staff in general were lovely, but, my overall assessment was that Crowne was not exceptional. Michele Friedman

Sorry, 1 other observation and comment. Beyond receiving a key at check-in, I was annoyed to need breakfast tickets and another trip to the front desk for a gym pass. Too much stuff. Every other hotel streamlines checking in and getting to the room and not requiring guests to carry more stuff around. I have dissected this stay and it sounds as if I didn't appreciate what the hotel did offer. The stay was fine.

Many hotels offer a free breakfast. Ours did not. It was a buffet so we could not just get our usual Piece of toast.

We would have liked to have the fan run in our room continually, especially to block Out noise when we were sleeping. It would also be nice to have a fan in the bathroom.

I did not have the breakfast, but had dinner; french onion soup, it was good, but broth was a little darker than I prefer, shrimp caesar, the shrimp was not fresh, but the rest of the salad was good, french fries and cheeseburger, i ate some of the fries, they were good. The facilities were very nice, especially the first and ground floors. Very large hotel.

When we got off the elevator on the 2nd floor, it had a bad smell in the hallway. Smelled like a sewage or something close. The room was good, shower could have been cleaner, mildew in corner of walk-in-shower. I did inform the front desk of the smell in hallway and was offered another room on the 3rd floow, which i declined. Just bringing it to someone's attention. The front desk staff was very nice ; customer focused and helpful.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and polite. The hotel is in the perfect location to shopping, bars, and restaurants. We loved the space of the hotel and the open airy checking area. The rooms were super clean and spacious as well!

Include breakfast with all pricing. We paid extra for breakfast on our last day… it was very good, but a little pricey.

WiFi practically non existent unless you were close to lobby area. I was on first floor waaaaaayy back in a hallway buried away from signal.

There was a dance competition with a hotel FULL of young loud pre teens! Never heard them from the room! Extremely quiet, Gillian was our housekeeper & was EXCELLENT! (She needs a raise! Very accommodating & friendly!). Went above & beyond bringing extra towels !

Breakfast was good (better than most hotels, but not as good as IHop or Cracker Barrel!
