The lobby of the hotel was upscale and beautiful. We enjoyed the lounging area with the well stocked bar. Love having a Starbucks in the lobby also.

The junior suite lacked comfort and panache in the sitting area. There was miscommunication regarding housekeeping, as to whether they were or were not to provide service. We did not have towels replaced, nor trash, emptied for days. Shower seal was leaking with water over entire bathroom floor.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was amazing. I requested a room with a tub after we arrived and they were able to accommodate us. The checked in with us throughout the visit via phone messages. They could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was incredible. They had a great variety and even gluten free options. The location is amazing and. Only 15 min from the Expo Center and the HUGE mall is just down the street. You could not ask for more.

There is nothing they could improve on.

The location is so convenient for us as we were here for family weekend for Villanova University. Rooms are spacious and bed was very comfy.

We’ve been coming here for 4 years and it seems like they need a refresh - rugs look tired. Oddly our room only had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Making it hard to get ready while my partner was showering.

We like the fact that it is not that far from the King of Prussia Mall and the Valley Forge Casino we also like the van service that they offer at the hotel because we don't always have a car to get around when we are there

We dislike the fact that they van is not on service as much as it used to be before the pandemic

Breakfast was excellent. It would have been great if the hotel had provided a map with walking/running routes. The neighborhood doesn't seem to have great areas for walking/running, but having your customers go out on their own leads to walking on unsafe streets and stress . . . which is what us runners and walkers are looking to leave behind when we hit the road. There are outstanding places to run/walk a short distance from the hotel. Within 10 minutes by Uber, you can be at Valley Forge, or down on the river path. Both are outstanding places to walk/run. Please put together a single page document, which would be available at the front desk, which shows routes out the front door of the hotel, or places within a 15 minute drive, so those of us who do walk/run are not left hanging when we ask for help. I loved your hotel! Jim

We had breakfast but due to Easter we ate in a conference room instead of the dining room where they were getting ready for Easter Buffet Food was good but could have been hotter. Coffee excellent. Server very good.

only bad experience was that the shower in the bathroom had mold around the glass at the base. I think perhaps they should go back to cleaning rooms daily if only to empty garbage and wipe up bathroom. We were asked on arrival if we wanted maid service in am. We did ask for towels only and received them. No place to leave dirty/wet towels and could use bigger waste baskets if not cleaning rooms daily

It was a great hotel the service was excellent . The room had some small issues . The staff was friendly and considerate and on top of anything I needed. I especially liked our room, a junior suite because we have 2 dogs and the noise was at a minimum .

The location was perfect for our needs and had so many convenient activities besides our main expo convention. The parks nearby were wonderful for the dogs, and the stores snd shopping at King of Prussia Mall were wonderful for my kids.

This was my second stay here. I like the location because you can easily go either direction (towards Bryn Mawr/Haverford or back to the interstate) from the hotel, and most of the hotels along this strip don't have that - you have to deal with U-turns one direction or the other. I know, not a rave review, but it saves five minutes and when you're back and forth a lot that adds up!

Both of the rooms I've stayed in needed some repairs (in this one, the shower door did not close all the way). And WHY do hotels try to use flat sheets as fitted sheets? Efficiency, I guess - but they are terrible to sleep on, always coming off and bunching up. Fitted sheets, people!

Very clean, modern, great location and love the amenities. water pressure was amazing. Customer service was top notch and loved the chocolate chip walnut cookies.

Parking towards the front was too small. Having to walk a distance in the rain around the building wasn’t fun. Neon light was right on top of our window making it difficult to sleep. Property shouldn’t allow guest to smoke towards the front. Toilet had a leak. closet was way too small.

Stylishl, hip, and comfortable large rooms. Amazing bar and service was stellar. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. I worked for Hilton for many years, and this is one of the best run I've ever stayed with.

It was a little expensive but overall worthwhile. Parking was a bit annoying being situated on the side of the building, perched on a hill.
