The hospitality and extended effort of the staff team is commendable all the way from the reception team to the housekeeping. Particularly David at the front reception desk has been the best one that we have encountered across all the years of our travelling around the globe going over and above his normal job description to help us settle in and into the hotel as well as provide support to help us discover the city. His exceptional character and willingness to help has definitely left a lasting fond memory of our stay at the Loews hotel. We will be returning with the first opportunity.

Room availability on the top floors limited so the room was smaller than the rest on the floor for the same price tag though. The views were nice but I would expect a better price for a room smaller than the rest of the same type due to its size.

I called Lowes and was told that I should reach out to you to request a price adjustment because the reservation was done through your app which is very misleading because your reply with the Lowes Hotel letterhead gives the impression that the customer is dealing directly with Lowes. So I emailed you asking for a reimbursement for the difference in pricing for the room but it’s been over 2 weeks and have not received anything from you. I look forward to hearing from you. Many years ago, I dreamed of living in hotels. This hotel exemplifies why I love them so much--nice marble bath, exceptional mattress, sheets and towels, and wonderful people all around! I had a small security issue at the hotel--and they took care of the matter without even a hiccup. Really tremendous customer service. Plus, it's a quick $7 train ride to the airport, making it a good, central home base for Philly. : )

The rooms were the cleanest rooms I have ever been in. No hair, no sticky floors, no fingerprints. It was immaculate. We had 2 rooms and both rooms were immaculate. The bathrooms are gorgeous. The beds are so comfortable. They have quite a few free movie channels. Caution, the Figi water is $8.00 so don't just pick it up and drink without reading the little tag on it. The water pressure in the bathroom sink is a little low but the shower head in the shower is awesome. This place is a 10 plus!

Besides having to pay $49.00 for parking, there was NOTHING I didn't like about this hotel.

Staff was amazing from valet, bell desk, and reception. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Truly, one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The view, shower, and even fluffy towels made my stay worth while.

I didn’t give it a 10 simply because the ac wouldn’t turn off. And when it did, it would turn back on and the temperature would be freezing! So if that’s what you’re into, the ac works great! It was just too cold for me. Staff offered to send an engineer but I was already leaving that morning.

The hotel was very close to everything that you could possibly visit. Even the museum of art was only 15 minutes by bus. The room was very clean, but it did bother me that something like water was so expensive to buy. That said, there is a CVS close by where you can buy your own water 1 block over. The staff was also excellent! Everyone was very helpful, friendly and they did their best to make my stay wonderful. For e.g. when I arrived a bit earlier from my flight, my room was already ready for me.

We loved absolutely everything about Loews Philadelphia, from the super friendly checkin to the wonderful room to location, this is a high end hotel with clear emphasis on the customer comfort We had breakfast there and it was fresh and delicious and reasonably priced If staying in Philadelphia do not hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed

The location was very good. The cleaniness was on point and my room was very spacious. The staff were very friendly and professional. The entrace to the hotel was a little confusing, it appeared that I was walking into a restaurant. As I continued to walk I saw the check in counter. The room service was excellent, but the food needs a little help. The french toast and waffles did not have any flavor. The chocolate cake was extremely cold and dense and the cheese cake was flat. Those are the only points. Other than that, may stay was very good. I definitely would return to this hotel.

The VIEWS!! my friend and I stayed for one night following a concert and we had a corner room on the 20th floor it was so beautiful, clean and has incredible views the staff are also so kind and helpful! It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a hotel where they have bellhops that help bring up your luggage!!

The bed was excessively soft, causing discomfort for my back. I also noted the absence of a water dispenser on each floor. Furthermore, the shower diverter switch detached just as I was finishing my shower, fortunately without causing injury.
