The location was exceptional! Right across the street from the convention center and walkable distance to all the landmarks and Chinatown/Fashion District. The room was clean and comfortable, larger than expected!

Every single night there was extremely loud music coming from next door that was played from 11pm-2am and it was impossible to ignore!

This is my second time staying here, I somehow managed to get the same room as last time. All doors are electronic with numeric codes, so you do not have to deal with any human interaction - very nice! Comfortable bed, reliable internet, private bathroom/shower, large flat-screen television with available HDMI ports.

No windows or any indication of that day/time it is. Some sort of outdoor light (or simulated outdoor light) would have been nice -- waking up and having no idea what time it is was disturbing. The doors opening and closing at all hours were quite loud this visit, I don't know what they could do to muffle those sounds. The enormous flight of stairs is daunting for someone who can't walk/climb stairs very well.

It was a wonderful experience - location was very convenient for me with the bus line and subway and was easy to get to my room despite a delayed flight that made me arrive in the early hours of the morning. Couldn't be better!

There were sounds at night from nearby businesses. It was st. Patrick's day which could explain it, and it wasn't massively loud but something to note if noise is a concern!

I love staying here because it has the best location. It is also on top of a restaurant which could be good or a bad thing. It is good because if you are hungry you don’t have to go very far. Keep in mind that the restaurant plays music(not very loud-but it has thing walls) which might be hard for people that have trouble sleeping. It is also supper close to the reading market and Chinatown and other shopping stores. Best location for the price.

I would like a little more cleaning. Or the option to have cleaning supplies at hand because I stay there for five days and for me personally I like to clean everyday. The place was clean when I arrived, just would like options to keep it clean myself(I made my bed but didn’t have cleaning supplies for bathroom). Although this might just be a me problem and for shorter stays probably not an issue.

The location was great and the ease of checking in and checking out was nice.

My room was right next to the common area so I could constantly hear everything going on in the hallway.

Location was great, local to the concert we attended. Room was quiet even for being on a main street in a high tourist area. Hosts were very helpful and responsive

I like the fact that it had a full kitchen and seating area. Also the location was great near Terminal Market and tour bus. The price was also reasonable.

It would have been nice to have a window, otherwise its a great deal and in a great location.

The location was great for my work events. The room and facilities were clean. The value was great for the room

The price charged for the room was a good price. I also liked that the hotel had a shared kitchen/dining room and community bathrooms for the guests and held my luggage for the day after I checked out.

The body wash/soap for the shower and hand soap for the sink in my in-room bathroom were low, and there wasn't a hair dryer in my in-room bathroom, so I had to take body wash, hand soap and a hair dryer from the community bathroom.

conveniently located, easy check in/out, easy entrance, comfortable bed, and very clean rooms.

Room was not ready at check in time after a very long flight. No refrigerator to keep food throughout our stay. No small towels.
