The staff was very nice,my first time In Philadelphia and didn’t know my way around the city but we asked them questions a they were very friendly and polite to answer. I took a virtual tour on your website and it was exactly what I seen on our arrival and that was important,that’s honestly why I booked your hotel, the environment inside the hotel 👍🏽

The only thing was, when we arrived in our room, the bathroom had hair on the toilet and we did had to ask housekeeping to please take care of it, there was a language barrier and made it a little difficult to understand but overall everything was fine. No harm done.

Very nice so calm and relaxing walk in shower a must bed super comfy clean they stack you up with some bottles of water everyday needs bathroom floor cooled my feet off view not bad location on point thanks ....

Well the front desk man that checked me in have me mixed info acting funny he asked for my info I.D and Credit card sat it to the side i waited about 2 min then finally all of a sudden he said insert your card it declined so he said do you have some other payment my reply for what for the 100.00 deposit for the room so i agreed asked him will will i get it back he said soon as you Check out...wow i got my key and direction soon as xhecked out i asked the woman working that morning she told me I will get my money 3 to 5 businesses days i will always look at policies for hotels i enjoyed my stay thanks

Excellent location, centrally located to virtually everything of note Downtown. We could walk nearly everywhere. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were clean. The front desk staff were amazing and so great with my children. The restaurant connected to the hotel had great food and an extremely courteous staff. Should I return to Philadelphia it is highly likely that I will stay here again.

The room was a fair size for a city centre. The location was excellent, right next to the convention center and not too far from a subway stop. Staff are very friendly and the onsite restaurant offered some good food.

The hotel was overpriced for the size of the room but it was Wrestlemania weekend in the city during our stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot of homeless people in the area, which can make you feel uncomfortable when walking around this area at night. Parking is available opposite the hotel but was high - $45 for 24 hours and no discounts for hotel guests.

The location was ideal, and was within walking distance to several tourist destinations (Liberty Bell, Redding Market, etc.). The property was clean, and housekeeping did a great job during our stay.

I did not like that the room didn’t have a microwave. I also didn’t like the parking situation. Maybe a hotel not having a parking lot that’s officially associated with the property is normal in the city, I’m not sure. But that wasn’t fun to deal with.

Very nice hotel. Close to city center and 100m from Reading Terminal Market. FOC storage of luggage as we arrived early was really nice. Complimentary tea/coffee both in the room and in the lobby.

The neighbourhood of the hotel doesn't look to friendly. Homeless people wandering around the hotel, sometimes bothering guests. Our room was loud (there was some loud ventialtion ecquipement which didn't shut down when we switched the AC off).

The room was very clean. Downstairs bar is open until 11pm. There is a 24 hour parking lot across the street from the hotel, which is convenient to park and go about your day. The location is one block from the Reading Terminal and almost adjacent to the Convention Center.

Being that close to the Convention Center, there is a large population of homeless people in the area. This also came with a larger police presence as well.

Comfortable, quiet, and fairly spacious room. Very convenient location for Center City, and a good value. On arrival I needed to extend my stay a second night, and Brandon at the front desk was extremely helpful in ensuring that I could have king room for both nights despite the hotel being heavily booked.

Bathroom shower bothered me somewhat. Floor was slick. Ideally the shower stall should have had a safety bar or two on the wall. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant downstairs was convenient and a time-saver.

Room felt somewhat cramped.

The location exceeded my expectations - it was close to EVERYTHING! Our room was ready earlier than expected, which was a huge plus. We were greeted by Brandon, who was beyond warm, kind, helpful, and full of great suggestions. He really made us feel welcome and special!

The HVAC is pretty loud but I use earplugs so it was fine
