It’s central location, spaciousness, security and value for money. It was very well laid out and had everything we needed. Having laundry facilities was an added bonus. we felt safe and secure during our stay. The concierge team were very friendly and helpful.

There was no safe, the dining area was very small. The dining table was too small and too low, only had chairs for 2. There were no blackout blinds so the room was bright at night. The sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Unbelievable. Great Appartement in the near of city hall. Very clean. Walkway to target, WholeFood, CVS. Take parking at One Franklin garage. 7th Floor is a terasse. Absolutly astonishing. I' d loved our days there

We were really impressed with the facilities. Our room was nice and spacious. The view from the master bedroom was great. The central location was exactly what we were hoping for.

Parking, parking, and parking. Did I mention parking? It was difficult to understanding what "daily" parking rates meant across the street and we had to contact them about removing a fee. The street parking was all reserved for police and the signs didn't clearly indicate that so we got lucky that an officer explained that to us instead of ticketing us. That part was stressful.

Very large, well equipped apartment with nice kitchen and lounge area, laundry room. Nice to have salt and pepper, laundry pods, utensils etc. The large table was really nice for working. Bed was lopsided but surprisingly comfortable. The building and style of room is great.

The ceiling of the unit is unfinished, and you can hear the water flowing through the pipes. There are no staff at all on site. There is someone at the door/reception, but they know nothing about Sonder and cannot help with anything. There is no luggage storage (and Sonder provided no assistance in finding a place for luggage storage). I asked to have one additional night, but Sonder normally has 2 night minimum stay (I guess for maximising $$ as tourism and travel have rebounded after the pandemic). It was good value for money overall given how nice the place was and the locatiohn, but I wish I had known that I could not expect any normal hotel service or personal interaction.

Clean facilities. I appreciated the nighttime security guard, especially because the location felt eerily isolated at night despite being a few blocks from bustling neighborhoods.

I initially made my reservation for a different property, 5 blocks west. It was changed without my knowledge to a new property. I had multiple confusing calls with customer service before I finally was able to speak to a manager. She was great and super apologetic and helped make amends, but we still had to stay at a property that was not our first choice. I was pretty disappointed in this, but overall it was a fine stay.

I liked the apartment. The style and size was more than I expected. The price was perfect, considering that I could walk to where I needed to be.

Not all of the light switches were connected to the lights. When I turned on the oven, it started smoking (like it had never been used). I was afraid it would set of an alarm or the sprinklers. It was difficult to use the keyfob to enter the building since I use a cane and I had to hold the keyfob over the sensor while also opening the door. My keyfob stopped working all together and the replacement was sometimes difficult to use.

Stayed 3 nights early October '22. The room is beautifully modern and well equipped. It has a double bed in the room and a full working kitchen with fridge, oven, sink, etc. Also a coffee maker and kettle, with a selection of teas and coffee provided. The bathroom is also well stocked with shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and towels are provided. There's a large walk-in shower. Easy check in and out with a manned service desk. Little electronic tag to open/lock the door, gain access to the property and work the lifts. Really quiet, didn't hear a peep whilst in my room. Pretty handy location, it's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest underground station - Race Vine and there's a Giant food store a few blocks away. Victory Brewery is also about 10 mins walk away for great beers and bar food. It is also easy walking to the main sights. Made a great base. Really enjoyed my stay.

Big beautiful apartment with plenty of space for 5 people. All things needed provided for a hassle free stay. Exceptional well equipped kitchen and high quality wash machine & dryer. Very good location. Incredible nice rooftop with large community room, kitchen & 2 large BBQ grill. Small but nice fitness room. We absolutely loved it!

2 bed sofas instead of real beds to sleep 4-5. No direct access to fitness room. Door didn’t close automatically on multiple occasions. Need to contact Sonder staff to ask about room order questions (24/7 on-site personal cannot help).

the apartment was very nice for a short stay. The washer dryer with detergent was especially appreciated. And the bed super comfortable.

Communication with check in and out is not flawless, I think 7 different people emailed or wrote or sent messages. And the Sonder app didn’t let me check out at 11:00, which is the last slot possible.

The unit was accommodating, comfortable and I felt very safe. All the appliances and the A/C worked great. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Supplies were apportioned for the number of days I was there. Well suited for an extended stay and I will definitely stay again in this building.

The dining table in this unit was too small. A larger table would have allowed a workspace in addition to a dining area. Suggest adding another easy chair as well. One chair and 2 dining chairs were the only places to sit other than the bed. I was traveling alone so it was not an issue for me but if more than 1 person visits this unit, there is only one place to sit comfortably.
