Breakfast: Good. Lots of options and the staff person (a woman) who was on duty Sunday morning was lovely. Staff at the hotel entrance went out of their way to get me taxis, even though the ‘button’ they use to call a taxi wasn’t working. One man (tall, slim) even walked me down a block or two and hailed a taxi! This was on Saturday morning when the street was blocked off for the wedding festivities. Staff at the front desk were also polite and professional.

I always have a hard time regulating the temperature in a hotel room and The Westin was no exception. I was sometimes too warm and other times too cool.

The room was spacey (even for a family with two children like us), and the staff was friendly and professional, especially the food staff at breakfast. The room had a huge TV with Netflix/Amazon/Disney+ which the children appreciated.

Our booking had breakfast included but we didn't get any breakfast vouchers and had to insist significantly before convincing them to give us vouchers for the four of us. They kept saying that normally breakfast isn't included and booking.com should have specified that.

Amazing service!! Kudos to Anthony at check-in. We’d had a long day and he was so welcoming and cheerful. He upgraded our room to a beautiful suite, thanked us for our Marriott loyalty and gave us a free round of drinks and our breakfast benefit. The next day the breakfast manager brought a gift bag of granola to our room because we left the restaurant too quickly for him to give it to us there. Just a really nice stay, we felt very pampered.

Parking is expensive. Breakfast service was friendly but slow. They didn't get our order right.

Location was excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were comfortable. The free coffee is Starbucks, so that was a nice perk.

One elevator from the entrance to the lobby, then across the lobby to a second elevator to the rooms. It had the impersonal feel of a big city hotel, which is what it was.

We had room service for breakfast. The food was delivered on time and the presentation was perfect. The server was professional and very nice.

When we checked in we were given a room that was already occupied. We were able to get into the room which made us not feel secure knowing someone could also be given our room. When the front desk was made aware of this, it did not seem that this was a concern of theirs.

Property is beautiful, clean & smelled nice. Surprisingly quiet rooms for in the city. Room service for breakfast was fantastic. All of the staff we dealt with from valet to front desk to bar tenders were super friendly.

The halls were blazing hot to get to our room. Our room was also hot. Luckily it allowed us to lower the temp but felt like it took a long time to cool off enough for us to get sleep.

Upon arrival the Valet team was outstanding and very friendly . The Front Desk team was ready for us and they accommodate my request for early Check in because it was our 30th wedding Anniversary and the room was excellent The Bar team was on the top of the game and we were happy with the service.Last but not least the Breakfast was great and the service too.I will be back to stay at the Westin.

Loved the fact that it was pet friendly super. Nice staff, beautiful room, very clean. The bartender late at night was so nice. Food was still available from the bar even at closing. Staying there was just a lovely, lovely experience!

The room was very comfortable. The bed was clean and the linen was fresh. We particularly liked the lighting arrangement, which was designed with minute attention to detail.

The breakfast and bar facilities were basic. The staff were competent but not very friendly.

The staff especially the front desk and the doorman were super friendly. The front desk let us check in in the morning after our super early flight. The doorman chatted with us and told us about which direction to walk. Felt really warmed. The location is good.
