A very clean, bright apartment with easy access (once you complete the online checkin process). The apartment had all of the supplies we needed for a nice stay. There's a small washer/dryer, which was really nice. It's convenient to everything in center city.

We rented the Standard Apartment. It overlooked a courtyard with a beer garden, but that was no problem. It is probably a quieter choice than the ones facing the street. In the Standard Apartment, there is no real sitting area; the dining table was surrounded by chairs and a bench but there is no sofa. I wish the TV was in the main room and not just the bedroom.

I liked that there is a washer and dryer in the suite. There was ice in the ice trays in the freezer which was a pleasant surprise. There were also snacks and water complimentary which came in handy upon arrival. The building was quiet overall and there wasn't much traffic in the halls during the evening either. There were plenty of food options in the area which were walking distance. Rittenhouse house park is a block away is a nice option for relaxing outside of the room. There is a elevator it's tiny but very convient.

Location is great if you do not plan on driving frequently. There is a public lot a block away about $40 for 24 hours. There is limited and time restricted street parking. Although beautifully decorated there were a few oddities about some of the finishes. There weren't any extra blankets or throws available only the comforter from the bed. There is only a tv in the living room downside for anyone who needs the TV to sleep.

Room was exceptionally clean and had all the fixings of a small city apartment. Location to rittenhouse square was perfect as we travel with our dogs so we were able to enjoy many walks in the park.

Only downfall for us was the parking. You can’t park out front of the building during checkin time to unload. I didn’t realize this a head of time and received a ticket as I was inside trying to get my belongings and my dogs situated before moving my car. There is a sign it’s just very inconvenient. But that’s Philly for ya

The apartment is in a good centralized location. It’s nice and comfy with all the amenities you’ll need (full kitchen, laundry, etc). The decor is nice and modern, but some furnishing needs updating or deep clean bc it was stained.

Even though we stayed at the top floor, we had to fall asleep listening to very loud music from the bar or club. They try to accommodate with a noise machine but even the trash collection woke us up at 6am bc the windows are not insulated.

The apartment was nicely laid out, clean and perfectly located for us. Everything worked well from the coffee maker to the washer and dryer.

The only drawback was the noise from the next door Walnut Garden (which we were aware of from reviews). If the windows were double pained it might decrease the noise that comes through. It would also help with the apartment temperature. A few nights of our visit were chilly and the cold coming in through the windows did not help!

Location was good but being on the ground floor with an open air restaurant next to the windows made for a very noisy night. Then the trash truck came by in the very early morning. Let's just say it sounded like they flung the trash bins from one end of the alley to the other. Earplugs were a must after the first night.

The tile/grout in the bathroom needed a some deep cleaning. I don't think it was supposed to be black. Apart from that the unit was great and comfortable .

Cancelled a booking in same area that didn't meet my expectations and booked this one. Beautiful space, convenient on foot / taxi to find. We stayed literally hours but enjoyed the place with it's full kitchen and lovely decor. Was traveling with my youngest adult daughter to visit the oldest daughter who studies in PHL. We watched tv and spent time simply talking. Recommend this spot for 2 people.

Not a negative - the location is next to the Doc Martin store. Was a small challenge to find the right door and the elevator. Not a big deal though.

Very good location, close to shopping and SEPTA. Spacious apartment with all the amenities you need for an extended visit. Very clean, comfortable, and beautifully renovated.

There was no TV in the living area, only in the bedroom. A bit noisy, but that is to be expected in the heart of the city.

Brilliant location, great space and amenities, would definitely stay again
