Excellent location, spacious room, and clean. I love that there is a parking lot that is easily accessible and that I can use my room key to get in and out of the the parking lot.

I didn’t like that there were no microwaves in all the rooms. The front desk only had a limited number of microwaves to give out to the guest and there wasn’t a microwave downstairs in the eating lounge. We had a refrigerator in the room, but had to throw away our leftovers, since we couldn’t warm any of it up.

Our room was on the 24th floor; beautiful view, absolutely stunning. Room was very clean and nice. This hotel is close to all our favorite spots and it’s noisy at night, which is something we quite like (i know it’s not a good thing for most but we’re city people through and through). Room service was great and quick; food is a bit overpriced in my opinion but nothing too bad. We loved that there was a parking garage on property so we didn’t have to find parking elsewhere. Pool was not heated as advertised and quite dirty so we only stayed for like 5 minutes. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were so soft. Overall, great experience.

It was a clean room, it was well stocked and I was only there for one day so can't really give much of a rating but what I can say there is a parking garage that's hooked to the hotel that they share with a theater across the street. And there is a fee for each night that you park in the garage.

Cost was a little high for one night and charging guess for Hotel parking is not ideal not a fan of it whatsoever you're already getting enough money out of us just for staying there how many nights we do stay charging us for parking is I have to say disappointing.

All of the staff, as they all were pleasant, accommodating, professional, and joyful. 150% rating goes out to the entire hotel sfaff, and the staff is why I stay here very, very often over the past several months. The location was great, right in the city center near lots of restaurants,performing arts venues and commuter trains. The breakfast was excellent, my view of the city from the 25th floor was awesome. My king bed was very comfortable and rooms are a good size, very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bartender at the “Standing O” made drinks strong and gave me a birthday margarita on the house which was nice. Overall my stay was very pleasant.

What I didn’t like was that there were no cameras in the hallways where rooms are, which is a safety concern. The hotel needs a hot tub for adults. The pool water was cloudy and cold. Indoor pool should be heated. The pool area was cold and the sauna was out of service. Also to park in the hotel garage overnight was an additional $38 which was too high, parking should be included in the stay.

Perfect location and nice view. Price very reasonable. Parking price very good!! Staff generally very nice, professional and competent, except the barman who doesn't know how to make cocktails. The room was OK, with recently renovated bathroom. The bed was correct.

The cocktails at the bar were very bad. There is no real breakfast, it's more of a small snack shop like in Covid times. There isn't even a dining room. The swimming pool is very small and VERY VERY old and in bad shape, water way too cold.

Central to many attractions. Great room. Roomy. Comfortable and restful. Parking really close but not an elevator directly into the hotel. Its outside next to the hotel direway.

The front desk people could have more info on the theaters across the street. Maybe have a list of the names of the theaters and a calender of events. I may have gone to a show if i had the info in time.

Mona (she definitely went beyond, )greeted me with cookies.. which was warm and yummy I was added to a promotion, and treated even better with discounts with dinner and added bonus walk into the room with my name on the television welcoming me The room was nice size… Breakfast was awesome, omg everything you could imagine You pick!! Definitely will use this Hotel again, whenever I travel😊

Very comfy and would come back, due to the little things: thoughtful bathroom set up (but needed more towels!), coffee maker in room (but needed more supplies!), coffee shop downstairs so could purchase breakfast and coffee and consume in room, very helpful bellhop. Parking was also convenient, and location was perfect.

AC was a constant challenge with noisy fan going on and off. Could not find a functioning ice machine or any access to ice cold water (bar unattended, no fountains) as we were leaving so had to get on the road without any in our water bottles. Would have preferred checkout to be by noon, rather than 11am - which we couldn’t find posted anywhere and in the end had to call the desk to find out (at 10.50am!).

Room was nice, bed was comfy. The fact the subway was right under us made it easy to get to the ballpark.

The parking for $38 a night was a bit much. Not your fault but the noise from motorcycles late at night woke us up. $30 for breakfast...meh...no iced tea, although the first morning our female waitress searched one out...second day the guy said we don't serve that.
