We liked the location as we walked to two games at the Phillies Stadium.

Staff could have been more helpful. Upon arrival one staff member was on a call for over 20 minutes helping a customer, no other staff came out to help the growing line of people trying to check in Then when I reached the counter I asked to check in early ( noon) I paid for early check in but when I got there was told "sorry you can't check in early, leave and come back about 2:30" Person at counter would not even check on the computer. Then about 40 minutes later after we'd left to walk around as suggested by clerk, we got a text reminding us that we qualified to check in early.

Stayed here for one night for a Phillies game. It was about a 30-40 minute walk to the sports complex. I was a little nervous to walk in Philly but it turned out to be a pretty safe walk! The room was clean and I always check for bed bugs in any hotel I stay in - there were no sign of them. The beds were nice and clean and everything was wiped down!

I did notice that the bathroom door was coming off the hinges and would not shut at all unless you lifted up on the door. Also, the towel rack was coming off the wall and there was like a burnt mark on the mirror or whatever it was. I did tell the front desk during checkout and he said he would tell maintenance. Other than that, everything else was great! We will most likely be staying here again for the next time we come down to watch a Phillies game.

The staff was made aware that my visit was for medical purposes and was very accommodating with my room location and my request. I would recommend that the hotel install a microwave inside the rooms. My only complaint was the young lady at the front desk. When checking in, she was not helpful to her coworker or me, and when checking out today, I asked for my receipt she replied that she would email it, and three hours later, there was no email or receipt. I had to call her again for my receipt. Again, she replied that she would send it to me confirming my email address. I called at 12 am. on the 26th and spoke to a gentleman at the front desk. I explained that I never got my receipt, and he was able to help with emailing me my receipt.in addition, most Holiday Inn Express offers complentary breakfast, but this one doesn't, although I thought it did when I made my reservation on Booking.com.

The front desk staff were so nice! Anything we needed it was always a yes and they were glad to help. The breakfast was decent. One day the French toast was burnt on one side , but they had a variety of items ( Pancakes, French toast,bacon, ham,sausage, muffins, cereal, fruit, donuts, bagels,toast) Had a few types of juices. It is in walking distance of Citizens Bank Park, Lincoln Financial Field and Xfinity LIVE! However, one of the streets that we had to walk down was pitch black with a fence lined with bushes so I was a little uneasy walking that at 10PM . We walked to and from the stadium the first night ,but opted for a Uber the other nights. There are Ubers everywhere after the games so there is not an issue with ever getting a ride. The walk is about 20-30 minutes. A little over a mile. I do not suggest doing this if you have any issues walking . The shuttle bus drivers were very nice . We did not have any issues getting picked up from the airport or going back. Carry cash for a tip though.

There are some updates that need to be done. It is an older building, but our room was clean and comfortable. They should have ice machines on each floor . There was only two floors that had them.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the property was pleasant, and the location was convenient for our plans. (There is a photo included shows the view from 12th floor)

Room service was disappointing. The bed was not made, the sheets weren’t changed, and they only replaced the towels and emptied the trash. It felt like the room wasn’t fully serviced.

We stayed here for a night to see a concert at Wells Fargo Center. We were able to walk to the concert (30 min walk, all flat, easy) and stop at the Live! Casino and Xfinity lounge along the way- which were great fun! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious! Comfy big bed! Loved our stay here! Would stay here again for a show or a game (also near the stadiums).

Conveniently located near venues, perfect for stays when visiting for a concert or game. Very clean. Simple yet nice design. Love the complimentary water available downstairs, it was always cold and filled. Also like the little snack station with sandwiches, salads, even yogurts downstairs which came in handy when we got hungry late.

No ice machines on floor 12.

the hotel when you walk in was very clean and pretty. the location to everything i was there for was a huge plus.their breakfast set up in the morning was also a plus.

parking. although the parking lot is huge finding a spot was hard, i think tht it doubles for airport parking not sure though. just seen signs, but i did manage to find parking spot pretty close

Location was excellent only a one mile walk to stadiums. Valet parking was a plus, friendly, helpful and courteous . The staff at the front desk and bar were also friendly, helpful and courteous.

Parts of the hotel are tired, couldn’t find ice machine. The room had no directory explaining where it was. I got off on several floors, but no luck and finally went to the bar. The chef never showed up and it was a Saturday. Long wait for elevators and WiFi was worthless.

The rooms were perfect. The view from the window at night was beautiful. The room was clean and neat. Our television worked, and this was based on the reviews I read, that the Wifi was not great. The elevator was clean fast. The staff was exceptional, even down to the parking lot attendant. The valet parking was great and the valet personnel was very informative and we were able to find the places we wanted to eat because of their direction. We were there for our nephew's funeral and the hotel was close to everything and 15 minutes from we had to go. The area felt safe.

The hallway had an stinch. It was not very strong but strong enough that it was noticeable. There was no microwave. Everything else was wonderful.
