The room was SO nice. Beautifully designed and modern - huge comfy bed, good TV, clean. I loved the record player, such a cute random touch. The area was also nice - cute old houses and they were all dressed up for Halloween! Sonder's app is really a bonus - they let you know where's good to go visit (including the pizza restaurant downstairs - so good!!) and the check-in process is super smooth and easy. This was easily the best hotel I've stayed in in a long time. Of course, if you're used to more "luxury" maybe it's not for you, but for travelling on a middle-range budget, it was amazing.

Loved the room and toiletries - they were the same brand my hairstylist uses! The bedding was super comfy too (real pillows 😊) The pizza place was really good and I recommend the view from the rooftop. I initially thought it was quite expensive but I would stay again, loved the location and the concept.

Now I’m just being picky, but here it goes: It was a bit tricky to figure out the lights. No option to turn off the big light from the bed. I couldn’t find an iron but probably could get one through chat.

Everything was so clean. Security with codes for every door. The luggage storage was fabulous and so convenient and helpful. Loved knowing g my luggage was locked up.

An electrical outlet near the mirror would be helpful to be able to dry your hair while someone else is using the shower/bathroom. It would be helpful to have a light over the coffee/tea counter so that you can see in that corner without having to have all of the overhead recessed lights on.

I loved the modern aesthetic and furnishings. It's also located close to South St. with plenty of food options, and a quick walk to a bagel shop.with awesome coffee. My room was clean, cosy, simply furnished (Modern) and spacious.

The keypad for the outside door was not responsive when pressing the numbers. After a few tries, I called for assistance which was answered promptly. A courteous rep was helpful and patient.. Note: once I used the indoor keypads, I could hear a beep and see a faint light registering each number. The outside keypad may be worn down due to exposure to the sun & elements. Also I forgot to report one faulty light fixture in my room. Other than that, my stay was pleasant and quiet.

Clean and simple. Easy check-in process. Great that we could use the storage area downstairs for our luggage before checking in. Comfortable bedding and nice size shower/bathroom. Coffee machine was handy. Great location. Felt safe and secure.

A bit confusing being attached to a restaurant, so it took us a bit to figure out how to get to the room and check-in. No staff there for check-in.

The hotel is relatively small but new, and the location is excellent. The room was spacious and very nice!

The windows of my room overlooked an internal courtyard, but I couldn't keep them open due to the noise from an engine. Having the option to make coffee in the room was great, though unfortunately, the coffee machine itself was not good

Keyless check in and entry was very convenient since we arrived very late. The location is great, lots of bars, restaurants, and shops in the area and quite safe for walking at night. The Roku TV and Wifi worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. There's also a really nice roof terrace.

The sound insulation is not very good in the room. You can hear people on the street and especially in the hallway until late at night. There is a supply room downstairs where you can get more shampoo, towels, etc. This should in theory be more convenient, except our last night someone took all the coffee and there was no staff on site to restock it, so we had no coffee in the room before our early departure, which was a bit disappointing. There is also a water refill station but no bottles, ice or glasses provided. For the price I feel like there could be better amenities.

The location is excellent by South Street. The property is clean and feels news. Bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning was quiet.

We got a 3rd floor room with basically no windows. There were windows but facing straight to a fire wall 20 cm away. Then there must have been commercial air conditioning right above us which is not only noisy but also vibrating.

This was one of the best stays I have had in a long time!!! The location was PHENOMENAL, you are walking distance to any and everything. I will be choosing Sonder anywhere I stay!

The only down side would be there is no on sight parking. We had to park about a 6-10 minute walk to the Abbots Parking Garage. Yes it may not seem like a long walk but when you have to park you car then haul all your luggage, potentially making 2-3 trips is not fun.

Extremely clean and well put together. Large space and room amenities were nice touch. Comfortable beds.

The check in was a bit later than normal hotels- 4pm. For each 30 mins you wanted to check in early there would be a charge. However they reached out to me at least 5 times within the 24hrs of my stay- asking if I would be leaving early to let them know- even though I selected the 11am check out time. I received emails and texts asking to let them know If I decided to check out early so the room could be Available for the next guest.
