The location was perfect; right in the center of everything. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go and it was a short commute to Lincoln Financial Field where we were seeing a concert. The space was clean and comfortable. The app for door locks was very convenient. We really enjoyed the roof top lounge. And we appreciated the convenience of the supply cabinet in the lobby, and the lockers where you could leave your bags securely either before or after checkout if needed.

The only thing we weren't crazy about was the noise from the subway right below the bedroom that impacted our sleep. It was mentioned in the listing but there was supposed to be a white noise machine. There wasn't one in our room so not sure if it would have helped or not. It wouldn't dissuade me from staying again though.

We were given a 2 bedroom property after booking a 1 bed, I believe there might have been a double booking or some other problem but we were delighted with the upgrade at no extra cost. The room was bright, airy, spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. Great location to explore the city. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely try other sonders in other city’s. Overall a positive experience.

I have zero complaints. Everything was great for us.

Check in and check out were easy, quick and completely online - perfect for anyone with social anxiety like me. The apartment had every amenity you need, from towels, in unit washer/dryer, through cute decor, teas, extra pillows, to pots and cutlery and full real kitchen. It’s like the apartment building - no hotel stuff on site. I didn’t need to but you can contact help by the chat - again perfect option for people like me. I was so happy and stress-free with the whole process! Also, there is very cute roof top you can access with your mobile key/code.

It was a little bit loud (both AC and street noise even with closed windows, like they are too thin?) and I’m from NYC so I thought it won’t bother me. But they do provide you with earplugs so it’s fine! Kids slept through it all too.

This was the first time staying at a Sonder property and was quiet impressed. Staying at a hotel with no staff besides the morning cleaning staff was a little outside of my comfort zone. But it worked out perfectly. It was easy the access the main entrance along with your hotel room. The one bedroom was even more spacious then evident in the pictures. Also having both a washer and dryer was an extra bonus.

The heating unit did not adequately warm the property to my satisfaction.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The white noise machine and ear plugs were thoughtful touches. The only two issues we had were the very uncomfortable sofa bed - the springs were quite pokey, and the window blinds were not wide enough to prevent the sun from waking us before we wanted to wake.

The unit was excellent with all the modern conveniences you need, ideally located just 10 mins walk to the heart of the city. It is secure and close to cafes and shops.

Whilst it is on a Main Street with some noise it was fine and you get used to it! You need a google account to watch TV and if you are an overseas account holder you cannot get access to some channels!

This hotel/apartment was an absolute gem. From now on I won't want to stay anywhere else. They even had an electric cattle which for Europeans is a must in the kitchen. A part that the place felt like I am the first one to enter to the apartment. I have never felt this much comfort away from my home. To be honest I wanted to extend my stay just because I wanted to enjoy the place a little bit more. The cleanest place I've ever stayed, the easiest check in, the most comfortable matrass. it was just a wow.

It would be mice if there would be rugs in front of the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen. Or they could offer slippers, the floor was too cold.

The location is great and feels safe. Check in was easy through the app. The apartment was spacious and had everything we could need. Everything was spotlessly clean.

The bedding was strange and kept coming off the bed so we had to remake it all each day, but it was comfortable!

I really appreciated having the fully fitted kitchen and sitting room. Even if I only used it for breakfast it was nice to have the additional space

The key codes. At one point my code stopped working and I had to ask for another code. I must say though that I got a reply immediately via the chat

Fire alarm went off Christmas eve and did not quit beeping until we replaced the battery. It took awhile for my husband to find an open store that sold batteries. Consequently, none of us were able to sleep through the beeping. Staff did show up around 1:00pm to fix beeping alarm (Christmas day), so we did appreciate that effort. I might recommend changing out the fire alarm battery every four months as a preventative measure.
