The staff was great! Very friendly and welcoming. Gave me a gift bag before I left. Worked with my schedule. And had a great breakfast bar.

There was some issues with checking in. I had used the booking app got one price,they had my room and key ready so they knew about the booking but couldn't find it when I got there so it ended up being 15.oo more. Had to call me back down to the desk late the one night and very early the next but I will say there might have been contusion but there bright personalities made it worth it.

Situated in a great location walking distance from most points of interest and train station. I was pleasantly surprised to see breakfast was included. The room was perfectly comfortable for a weary traveler!

I initially walked past the hotel, the signage wasn’t overly obvious. I arranged early check in prior to arrival but the staff weren’t aware when I arrived. The mirror in the bathroom was hung too high for this short person haha

It was slap in the middle of everything site seeing all kinds of bars and grills buses every 10 minutes

Their was a complementary breakfast between 6-10 and for me vacation… I didn’t want to rise to early and they offered cearal’s hot and cold breads coffee but the had coke in the vending machine no sprite! I really didn’t like that part!

Staff was good. Location was perfect. Had the usual continental breakfast which was fine.

"Private parking" was a public parking garage across the street that I had to pay for... The garage location was great BUT when I was looking for a room, I factor in parking costs....and this room cost me $75 more than I was expecting because of this.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast area was small but fairly pleasant. The staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful.

The place seemed a bit cramped: the room was fairly small, and the view from the window was into some backyard with old mattresses and construction garbage - not great. The hallway was dark and narrow, and so was the elevator.

Perfect location for exploring the city on foot.

A little noisy from roadworks happening nearby and the windows letting in the noise even when closed. Breakfast finished too early - I think it should be until 10am.

In the room allocated to me, the wall AC unit is installed behind the curtains. The curtains block the heating and cooling. For safety reasons you need to pull the curtains back when AC is on heater mode, but you lose privacy.

I am disabled and everyone, including Mr. King helped me. They were respectful and thoughtful. Every moment of the day, the staff was with a smile, and asked me if I needed something. Great customer service and great staff.

The location is great, very close to the bus stop of Flixbus in the city center. The room with the integrated bathroom was very comfortable. Staff was very understanding and helpful.

Air conditioning is centralized and it was too cold in one of the rooms where I stayed. Temperatures could not be adjusted.

Really friendly staff and the room was way better than we expected. Shower was large and although the water pressure was not great it was good enough. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room plus a huge walk in closet.
