The hotel’s location is simply unbeatable — close to everything you might need and perfect for exploring the area. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

However, I do think there’s room for improvement in the lobby area. It would be great to have more variety in available products — especially basic refreshments like beers or snacks. Overall, it’s a wonderful place with great service and an ideal location. With just a bit more attention to the guest experience in the common areas, it could be perfect.

The walls were too thin, so even though I requested a quieter room, my neighbors had a full blown 3 person conversation from room to room at 5:45am!!!!! I was a very under the weather and was basically forced to get up Very Earl on Sat morning 😩

The hotel is nicely located with spacious rooms, good mattresses and healthy breakfast options.

The staff in the dining area seemed to resent having to serve. For example, when I needed the table cleaned for breakfast the staff person looked at me with a look that I interpreted as "are you waiting for me to clean this?" When another person spilled their orange juice the staff stood by and watch them try to clean it up with napkins. Otherwise, the room service was offered on a third day without any replenishing of papers cups, teas or towels. Only two paper cups were supplied, two towels and two coffees for the three days for a couple. It should not be up to paying guests to ask for supplies.

Location was amazing. Our view of City Hall made our stay extra special. Service was great! I stopped at the desk a couple of times with general questions and the staff were courteous and always willing to help.

I was disappointed in the hot breakfast. It was out of coffee when I went to get some (-around 9:40) one morning and then out of waffles the next. Keeping up with it seemed to be a challenge. The sausage did not look appetizing. My son noted it was gross and we are not a picky family. It seemed to get special. decimated by the crowd which gave me concern for cleanliness.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was very nice, room was clean and view was amazing. I love the eco friendly and mindful focus. It was great to have gluten free healthier minded snack options and the fitness center was really nice and love the bike option. The fridge and sink and microwave were all very helpful and I support not using plastic bottles for water and having a drinkable option on the sink. By far my favorite Philly hotel.

I always hope for a little bit less of a price but it was reasonable for the area and for all that we received for the price. So I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the price just always am happy to get a discount or earn points for a less expensive stay so I could possibly stay for more than one night.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests and provide helpful recommendations. The continental breakfast had a variety of options every morning. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area and access local attractions.

One downside was the noise from the streets, which persisted late into the night. It made it a bit difficult to fully unwind and sleep peacefully at night.

Hard to get to valet parking with hotel on a side street with other traffic using this street No fault to the Hotel. Double parking needs to end.

I arrived just an hour before I had to be at a concert at the Kimmel Center. I didn’t understand exactly how/where I was supposed to park the car (it is valet only): it was dark, raining, the traffic was crazy, and the street where the hotel is was partially blocked. I got on the phone with the front desk and a young woman guided me expertly. The valet staff was fantastic: helpful, courteous, considerate (they even let me access my car the next morning to change my shoes). Checkin took mere moments and I was up in my room. All staff were friendly and helpful. I was happy to discover that the $72 parking payment allowed me to stay as long as I wanted the next day (Sunday), even though I checked out of the hotel at 11. I do not know if this is SOP. Also, don’t be fooled by other parking lots that may seem cheaper…their rates don’t include tax, and the hotel’s does. breakfast was very, very nice. The room was comfortable and clean except for a few stray hairs in the shower and sink. Is it weird that if you wanted to watch streaming services you had to sign in under your own account? I dunno. I thought the price was high for one night ($230 ish) but I was told that Sat nights are more expensive than other days. You can’t beat the location if you want a Center City experience. I will definitely be patronizing this hotel again, and hopefully pay less. It is owned by Marriott, so frequent flier status might help. I think I’ll take the train next time.

Location was amazing...staff and valet guys were top notch and the.view from the 21st floor was super cool..will definitely be back and will not stay anywhere but here..the breakfast was how you say...bad...I and I've been homeless but overall for the money this is where you want to stay,,!!
