Location and Staff are good

Cleanliness and amenities could be improved. I saw a small rat on the last day of my visit.

Walking distance to Love Park, great service. When we had an issue with the shower not working, it was fixed within 30 minutes.

The menu for the restaurant refused to load on the phone after scanning the code, so I ordered out to ensure there was food my 11 year old would eat. The layout on the 5th floor was confusing as there were no immediate signs directing you to where the rooms were located. Once you step off the elevator, you immediately see the fitness area and seating and conference rooms. Also, there is no indication of where to park for the hotel I parked in the parking garage at Love Park.

Even though I reserved the room with breakfast through booking.com the hotel said I did not. I a, not sure where the disconnect was but once I showed them my reservation they were very quick to offer the free breakfast. And the breakfast was very good. The poor server was overwhelmed with customers (it was the day of the Mummers parade) but she did a great job.

Great location for Public Transit particularly trains to and from the airport. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Not a great deal of choice for breakfast nevertheless it was well presented and delicious. Helpful restaurant staff

Close to where we needed to be

We had a room that overlooked the atrium (which was inside) and absolutely no privacy if you opened your curtains. So we kept them closed. Lights didn’t provide much light so the room felt enclosed and dark.

I loved everything about out this grand hotel. It’s conveniently located with beautiful decor that takes you back to a level of Hollywood glamour and luxury that many new hotels can’t understand. The staff was amazing and I enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The hotel is spotless and beautiful. The staff was perfect.

The only thing I can say is that the lighting in the room could've been brighter. There were plenty of lights, just a little too dim when I needed a brighter light

This hotel is located in City Centre and the Museum District. Very walkable and safe location. The staff was outstanding in assisting with any questions. The room was well appointed, my husband and I liked our accommodations.

Breakfast was expensive and hotel did not offer a buffet.

Staff was great. Location was superb. Room was nice- we liked the decor and the size.

I didn’t love the pillows, bedding etc. we weren’t given hand soap in the bathroom and the coffee sadly was awful
