My husband and I have stayed at this facility so many times because it us convenient to stay and attend tge Union Soccer matches. From the first time we stayed...probably aboutv8 years ago now until yesterday..this place is ALWAYS fantastic. Ria on the front desk is always kind and professional. She is a real joy and one of the main reasons we keep coming back. The shuttle driver who was new in April is also a joy. He is so professional yet so much fun to share stories with. I love this hotel because it is nice and clean but mostly because of the people.

Not a thing!!

I was stranded at the airport and needed a more comfortable place to stay. This hotel was close to the airport, and they provided pick up and return transportation at no charge. The room was a comfortable, no frills stay. I had to return to the airport before breakfast, but there were a few grab-and-go items to take with me.

The room layout did not make sense, such as separate rooms for shower and toilet, and the desk had the light at your back so the desk itself was in shadow.

This is always a nice place to stay. There is always friendly staff available to help you with anything you might need, the rooms are clean and complimentary breakfast is always nice too.

The only bad thing I can say about this place this time around was that one of the elevators just happened to be out of order so we had to wait alittle longer than usual to gain access without it being too crowded.

I left a satin/silk pillow on the pillow on the bed in the hotel room. I called the next day and asked if it could be mailed to me at my expense, but I never received a call back to tell me if it was found, etc. I did speak directly to someone at this same Ridley Park Hotel.

I like that our suite had the toilet in a separate room from from the tub/shower. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. There's a usb port next to the bed.

There was no bar soap with which to wash our hands. It seemed the sheets and pillow cases might not have been fresh. Both beds were made, but one bed had smooth sheets and pillowcases, but the other bed's bottom sheet was wrinkly and the pillows seemed dented as if they were not changed. The breakfast bar was remarkably sparse.

Easy to find, size and cleanliness of the room, liked that the shower was separate from the toilet, needs were comfortable, adequate space to be comfortable with a family of five.

When booking, the website said that parking was free but at the hotel was informed it was $10/day. The breakfast was good but wish there was more variety with the hot items (scrambled eggs and sausage both days, DIY waffles only one of the mornings). The shower drain was clogged and ended up standing in shin-deep water and it took quite awhile (15+ minutes) to drain after shower.

Welcoming Staff, Lobby smelled wonderful rooms as well. You go to some Hotels they smell like smoke. Hotel staff was very friendly and polite. We didn’t want to leave. We just got Married, it was nice n convenient. But We had to get back to the real world. THANK YOU, We are definitely coming back. Appreciate it .

Great option if needing a stopover at Philadelphia airport.

Tricky to get hold of the shuttle bus if you dont have roaming on a phone. I was helped by some locals I bumped into who were waiting for the bus. I did ask via Booking.com how to do this and did not receive a reply..

I liked everything about the property., staff was nice ,, service was great rooms clean my kids had an amazing time.

Breakfast was fine. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. Thanks for having two pillow for person. It was great to have a fridge and microwave as well.

It's odd that the parking wasn't free, but that's the only issue.
