Super nice, super clean, super friendly, super accommodating. They are honestly there to try to help you and they’re not a money laundering facility like next-door.

Trashy red roof was next-door, but then I loved it too because they are top-tier the way they treat customers and whatever’s going on next-door. Those people are very low at a point in their life right now and the people who allow them to run around and do that and that facility needs to learn how to actually run facility and those people need to see people living, normal wives and that it can’t be possible. I actually stayed at the red roof and transferred to this house because it was like the hood and then like the sky rise and the city completely opposite worlds literally next-door to each other.

The property was located close to the airport and convenient to 95. Parking was good check-in was fast. The breakfast was good eggs and waffles and fresh coffee. The room was clean spacious. The bathroom door was sticking and there was water leaking on the floor near the toilet. There was a loud couple fighting next-door and slamming doors and throwing things. The value was top notch and I would stay there again in spite of these things.

I am now a platinum member, and I’m not sure if they are aware of the point system. So when I decide to check out late, because my reward status says I can. I’d appreciate the communication to be better understanding rather than being. Threatened to be kicked out as if I didn’t just pay for almost 30 days, and recommend business . Especially with knowing that my stay is guaranteed.

I liked the location, it was right next to the economy airport parking lot! The price & the amenities were decent. The room was spacious & the bathroom was beautiful! We also had a great view of the sunset & sunrise.

I did not like that the ice machines were on the opposite side of the building as to our room & only on the 1st & 3rd floors. If there was one on each floor that would be more convenient! The room & building were a little run down but I expected that.

Everything except daily checkin and checkout procedure and 50 dollar deposit taken daily !!!!! I never saw my money back as promised so it was a way to scam me as I felt like it was 8 days = 400 dollars that was just a hold on my accounts No it was not !

The fact that I took a loss from the front desk in room fees that flucates ridiculously some nights 70 dollars higher to the daily 50 dollar supposed hold ($400 incidental charges) in 8 days Never had that been asked in 30 plus years of travel

The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The bed was fairly comfortable compared to most hotel beds. I loved how large and spacious the shower was. There was a nice variety of toiletries in the bathroom which is better than most hotels I've stayed at.

The only thing I wish was that there were extra blankets in the closet/dresser to be able to use. I am the type of person who loves having extra blankets on the bed. I'm sure I could have requested this ahead of time, but it would have been nice to have a thicker blanket/comforter in the closet to put on top of the duvet. The tv was a little small for a king room but it did serve its purpose.

The location to the Phillies & Eagles stadium is convenient. Takes about 20 minutes without traffic. Nice place to stay to sleep. Tip: Turn to enter the Hotel Parking lot at the Red Roof Inn. That tip I found in older reviews and it was extremely helpful. AC Worked Well, Shower Was Warm, Mini Fridge Worked, Television worked, Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We will stay again if we travel to the area.

*Had a mild basement or cellar smell to the room when we first entered *Front of Hotel Elevator was broken during checkout, Rear Hotel Elevator had an arkward smell and didn't have a safe feeling to it. *Need a 2nd Waffle Iron for Breakfast line was a 20-minute wait. *Water pressure is not horrible but also not great.

As always, my stay was very enjoyable once my reservation was accepted. Z, working at the front desk is always pleasant and professional and will be greatly missed.

At check-in, the new front desk worker, initially refused to allow me check in early and asked for $40! I showed her my reservation, which clearly stated early check-in and asked to speak to the manager. She made a very rude comment and I had to get other staff members to assist me. Eventually the manager allowed me to check-in and during the next shift, Z addressed each issue professionally and satisfactorily

Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were average size. Plenty of outlets around the bed, room and nightstand. A mini fridge and microwave are also in the room. Besides some minor cosmetic stuff here and there, it was a great stay and would definitely stay again. They have a convenient little station like store to buy some food, drinks and snacks. They have a morning breakfast for free but didn't wake up in time for it. They also provide free airport shuttle every 30 minutes and late check out if requested. The area at 1st sight may look a little shady but my whole time there with my daughter we seen an armed plain clothes officer patrolling the grounds and area and never once felt unsafe as 2 women alone.

Maybe some air freshener in the hallways or different carpets as they smell really bad and definitely cameras in the hallways, not cause of anything bad but just to add a layer of security for people. And extend breakfast hours at least til 10am for late sleepers. Other than that everything was great

We chose this hotel because of the complimentary shuttle bus, which was indeed very helpful! The drivers were so friendly. Just make sure to tell the driver where you want to go, as the bus seems to go to multiple destinations. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. We will choose this place again!

No cold milk at the coffee stand. Only artificial creamers. Not a big issue though.
