No problem with anything regarding my stay. The location was perfect for my needs. Easy access to the airport and center city Philadelphia. There is a restaurant and convenience store within walking distance and although travelling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Microtel Inn & Suites and would positively consider staying there again when in the area.

Although they have 24 hour desk service, I did find it difficult to get someone to answer the phone the day before my arrival.

The hotel was clean. Staff friendly. We were supposed to get to the hotel at 7pm. Ended up getting there after midnight due to a missed flight and Uber took us to the wrong hotel. We were tired hungry and frustrated. Had to get an Uber to the correct hotel and the staff made us feel so welcomed. The young lady apologized for us going through our ordeal and instantly made us feel relaxed. She even upgraded our room..we were so happy. All the frustration wiped away. It was very clean. Beds very comfy and we were happy. If I had money, she'd gotten a big tip. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile.

The lighting in the room was dull, especially under the tv area. The strip of lights do not give off much light. It was difficult to see into the luggage or anything on the desk. There was also no light in the foyer of the room. You can see where it should be, but there is only a cover. You must turn on the bathroom light to see your way into the room. The lighting difficulty may prevent us from another stay at this hotel.

I was very surprised by the overall quality, cleanliness, and exceptional service!! The room were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The grounds were well kept. Location was great, right off the highway. There were a few stores and restaurants in close proximity. And for the price, it was fantastic! But most important was the exceptional and professional help and service I received from two of their employees. All the employees that I encountered were very friendly and nice, but two were really outstanding and I'd like to mention their names. If you check into Microtel and you happen to be helped by either Kashef or Randy, at the Front Desk, you'll meet two individuals who are patient, courteous, understanding and supportive, And, who actually are eager to help and appreciate their customers. So thanks again, Kashef and Randy on your outstanding customer service!

Since it is off the highway, if your room is in the back, it can get a bit noisy.

The lobby was very clean, smelled nice, and we felt instantly welcome. The clerk that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. The hallway was bright and cheery, and the room was also very clean and fresh smelling. Free hot breakfast was excellent and the kitchen area was spotless and well attended. Parking was another plus for this hotel, there was ample parking and in this location there was another hotel, a Royal Farms gas station/convenience store and 2 restaurants. The area was well lit with activity and felt very safe.

Only stayed for one night but the staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was a really nice size with cable I believe, mini fridge, microwave, nice bathroom as well. No complaints I would 100% recommend and stay again ! Breakfast is very standard but it doesn’t take away from the value of this place at all

Usually don't get hot breakfast at a Microtel where I live, but there was hit food with great choices. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. The staff was very hospitable and professional.

It was booked through booking.com so I purchased an upgrade for the amount of people in the room. There was no difference in the room size, etc. when I rebooked a second time, at a cheaper rate

Great place to stay in the city. Right next to the highway to get around. Also a gas station across the parking lot! Great value for the money. Lobby was welcoming and clean, it smelled great, which was nice. Elevator and hallways were also clean. Room was just fine, updated, and clean no concerns. The only thing I would say is the bed linen is really light, so if you sleep cold you may need to ask for additional blankets. Also, no place to really hang towels, but no big deal! Overall, I will absolutely stay again!

The room was clean and spacious. It was right off the highway and right next to a royal farms in case you need something you could walk right over to it. They have breakfast, although I did not get any it was good that they have it. There is a fridge and microwave right in the room.

Nothing comes to mind. It is a good hotel, the value could be a little better, but it is not terrible. It is a $20 uber ride to South Philly, however closer hotels cost more, so it was more cost efficient to stay here and uber.

I liked everything except the policy for a deposit that if using a debit card, you wouldn’t get it back until 5-7 business days. If using a credit card was less days but that didn’t go torwards paying the final bill. In other words it held up $250 of my spending money. I’ve never heard of this policy before, the next hotel we stayed did not have anything like it.
