The establishment is brand new and the amenities were very modern, clean, functional and comfortable. The host was readily accessible and easy to communicate with.

There was limited private parking available at the location, which is disclosed on the website, but something I had overlooked. Street parking is available, but not guaranteed.

Very clean, comfortable beds, good AC, relatively easy to find parking nearby. Kitchen was fine and stocked well enough for two nights.

Noisy street, extremely tiny bathroom. I got charged last minute for the 3rd person when I booked a 4 person max room. Did not even use a third set of towels and was a little annoyed at this charge as we were not over the capacity of the room and there was a room underneath us that definitely had more than 4. Code sent did not work but host quickly came over and fixed the issue.

Very clean, smart design, lights activate when you walk towards the bedside table illuminating the floor. Very comfortable and well thought out. Communication with staff via text was spot on. Felt secure. Would definitely recommend.

Be careful parking in the back, as the parking around that area can be pretty tight. Backing out, you may find you're doing the Austin Powers maneuver.

i loved the beds they were very comfortable , the lighting on it was very pretty as well . the flat top stove was also very convenient, which it was a bit bigger but still worked great.

i wish the pots were bigger so we can make better portions of food . also the utensils there weren’t really any sharp knives to use to cut like meat and stuff it would’ve been more convenient for us . the tv also buffers a bit im not sure if its the wifi or what . Also the AC would be on n just cut off while the AC is on , it makes very loud noises if we put the setting on high but it works a bit fine .

I will start with the room! I loved the cleanliness of the room. The room was phenomenal! Great amenities to compliment the room! I loved the staff and their willingness to make special accommodations for our stay. I loved that they actually checked in to make sure there wasn’t anything needed to further accommodate my spouse and I. This was an exceptional experience. Everything was great! My wife Yolanda and I were thoroughly impressed!

It was extremely clean. The staff was very nice and checked in with us a few times by messaging and once in person. The set up was perfect for my sister and I to move around without bumping into each other. There was a table to eat and a cute kitchenette. The outside was brightly lit at all times. There was a secure outer door and secure door to our unit.

I didn’t have any issues. It worked well.

The place was like a tiny apartment. It was clean and comfortable. I like how everyone had their own codes to enter no key cards. And the bed was soooo comfortable.

I had the front room on the first floor and their was a lot of noise and a lot of traffic of people going in and out coming from the house next door. There was always a lot of people outside next door. The bathroom was cute but extremely small. If I weighed 10 pounds more, I don't think I would of been able to take a shower.

The rooms were updated all new items in the room, bed was comfortable and usb ports were conveniently in the bed frame. 20 min to downtown Philly so very convenient and easy to get to freeways. This is a small place perfect for a family to rent out the whole building there are about 6 rooms on the side we stayed on just the perfect size for family to rent the whole thing out

It was amazing to have everything I needed all in one charming space. Everything was spotless, great closet space, bed was very comfortable and new appliances, it even had a toaster and I felt very safe. If you needed assistance or information , off site management was a phone call away and glad to help! I will be coming back to this little gem again!
