Hotel is very central, close to City Hall in Center City. The rooms are in a good state, clean, comfortable. There was a TV, a coffee machine, a fridge, and a microwave oven in our room. Only a safe for valuables was missing. In the hallway, there was a freshwater dispenser with free plastic bottles. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The staff was welcoming and gave us some helpful advice. The room was quiet. It has good air-conditioning.

The hot water in the shower always comes out with high pressure, so there is no easy way to save some water.

The location was great. The neighborhoood is filled with stores and restaurants. It was an easy walk to most of the tourist destinations and not too far from a metro line. The gym was of good size. We made use of the laundry facilities. We also liked that they had a water filling station by the elevator to refill water bottles. The hotel staff were very kind and attentive.

Small thing, but our room on the 12th floor did not have windows, but skylights. I don't remember that being mentioned when making my booking or seeing a picture of the room with that set up. The room was still spacious and nice; however, the skylights were not able to block out all the light. We were able to sleep fine at night, but when the morning came the light entered the room. This didn't bother us as we are early risers, but it could be a factor for some people.

Location was great, quiet room, comfortable and clean. Everything is expensive when traveling to a major city but the price of this hotel was perfect especially being so close to all the action! Walk right downstairs and there are tons of options for food, shopping, and it's across from the main mall and parking garage. Perfect location, a little dated the hotel itself but that's to be expected again with it being so much more affordable. The water refill station is super cool with custom water bottles ready to go, the filters need changed though because it's slow as ever but it's a perk I've never seen before in a hotel! They did have a Nespreso which was a bonus so good coffee every morning compared to those nasty regular hotel coffee pots that make coffee flavored water, yuck. Thanks for a great stay and we are checking out all your locations in other major cities (next up NYC!).

The room was a bit dated and the building itself but that wasn't a huge deal. The water fill stations also need new filters desperately as the refill is painfully slow but having water bottles to go is so nice especially with things being so expensive anywhere else!

I liked the hotel a lot. It is not much visible from the street but it is at a very good location (5 minutes from metro-direct line to airport and walking distance to local attractions). Check-in is smooth, can be done online, I love the option to use Apple Watch/iPhone insteaf of key (it is really working smoothly). The room has the right size (I was alone), bed is comfortable, A/C is individually controlled. There is minifridge, microwave, and coffee maker, but I prefered the coffee machine at the lobby with many options (great cappuccino). Refillable bottles for water are available at each floor. Gym is also well equipped for regular exercise. I was a bit suprised that room cleaning is not done automatically, but you can ask for it in the morning. In general, it was a pleasant stay.

There is no deposit safe in the room and not much space for storing clothing.

The hotel exceded my expectations. Everything was great! Location: super! Coffee machine 24 hours. You can pay cash, something that it is not that common in the States. A $ 100 deposit is charged upon check in ($ 150 if it is cash) but it is refunded upon check out if everything is ok. The room was spotlessly clean, with a microwave, a mini refrigerator, a capsule coffee machine, (capsules are provided for free). I loved everything! Thank you Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square! Great location and a bit of old school Philadelphia charm. Felt like an Old City Club environment with lots of people using the shared areas and socializing. Staff was very friendly--particularly the maintenance and housekeeping staff.

Unloading on Chestnut Street was a bit of a challenge with limited temp parking space. Rooms and hallways were quite tight and a bit dated but an excellent value for location. Had to park my large SUV 6 blocks away for $50 a day and could not remove it and return (note: the hotel does have a deal with a close-by parking unit for much less for regular sized vehicles).

The rooms are nice, the cleanliness is very good, and the lobby living room is relaxing, but the best thing about this hotel is its location. Also, having access to a gym and laundry was an added bonus which many hotels don’t offer, so that is also highly appreciated.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking (I prefer mattresses to be a bit more firm). They did not offer caffeine-free teas, only coffee and caffeinated teas. The laundry machines are not user friendly and took nearly 8 hours to dry my clothes (yes, you read that right - nearly eight hours).

Quiet place in the middle of the center, the lobby is nice and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Free (good) coffee/ tea available 24/7 (coffee machine in the room)

The windows of the room cannot be opened, so I had to use the AC for some air in the room, even though the weather was perfect. The sound isolation from the street worked great, but there is no sound isolation from the indoor hall and elevator area. The process of getting in and out of the room is a bit tiring and takes too long: the lobby is not on the street level, and I needed to wait for two different elevators every time I went in and out. The stairways were not welcoming or properly marked, so the elevators were the only option.

Exceptional Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Quinton was incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel offers thoughtful touches that really made our stay stand out. The coffee machine in the lobby was top-notch, perfect for getting our day started. We were also impressed by the sparkling water on tap, which was a nice surprise, and the free bottled water on every floor, available 24/7—such a convenient and thoughtful amenity. One of the best parts was how accommodating Dermot was after check-out. He kindly held onto our bags so we could continue exploring the city without any hassle. They also provided us with maps and excellent tips for sightseeing, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and attention to detail. We’ll definitely be coming back!

That you had to call for room service. I know this is not a huge deal but would be nice to just not have to worry about it.

Very quite. I couldn't hear any neighbors nor the city noise. It's in a good location. We had plans to do gold at puttshack and it was right across the street. Continental was a few blocks away, great good, we went three times! Rooms were a bit smaller than I was expecting but good enough. I wish there was a way to open the windows, but they are sealed. Bathroom was small. We had a king bed but it was two beds pushed together. We could tell because one was slightly lower than the other. There was no fridge in the room so that was disappointing. There was a 24 hour self serve coffee area in the lobby. Staff was friendly, but you can check in ans check out on your own. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
