Clean, warm,welcoming and a pleasure stay.

The breakfast service was average but food was good.

The hotel is typical Hampton Inn chain hotel. Rooms are clean and there is plenty of room for 4 people. Comparing to other hotels from same chain, I would say the staff were even more nice and friendly than usual. There is plenty of parking spaces and the location of the hotel is great. The town of Media is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, friendly and safe and you are quite near Philadelphia.

Standard issues with Hampton Inn... AC is either in standby or working very loudly. The breakfast is fine for a night or two. After that, there just isn't enough variety.

Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. But I must comment on the check-in, particularly Mark G. He was working the check-in when we arrived a little after 7pm. He noticed right away that my husband was struggling with his walker. Mark G offered getting a wheel chair to make it easier but my husband declined. He then offered a room on the first floor very near the breakfast area. We gladly accepted the offer and had a wonderful room. After settling in I could not get the remote control to work on the TV. Again Mark came through with new batteries. We were very pleased with the room, the staff and breakfast.

The hotel location was perfect. We did not take advantage of the breakfast that was on site however, there were plenty of off location places to eat. I will be returning to this location again in the future.

The only drawback that I have with this hotel is that the bathroom sink and tub drains were slow to drain out. This made it difficult to use at times. Outside of that I had no other issues with my stay. I guess that I could say that we didn't have any snow during our stay was a drawback but the hotel doesn't have any control over that so......

Good location, Nice decor , clean, - front desk helpfull . They didnt seem to have our booking when we arrived at 1 am ( done through booking. com and took awhile to sort out but they did. needed to extend and they did with little hassel.

although the hotel was clean dropped clean rating a bit due to the fact in our twin queen room one of the beds had no sheet and matrees pad on it - must have been stripped and cleaning service forgot to replace. as it was 1 am and tired child slept under it anyway. They did come with clean sheet and undersheet next day and appologized.

New, clean, well maintained hotel, grounds and rooms. The breakfast was on par with other hotels at this price point. Waffles, breads, juice, coffee, oatmeal and fruits.

There is not much negative to say about my stay. The fitted bed sheet seemed to be put on 90 degrees off (king bed) and the pillows did not have filling. We could have had housekeeping remake the bed and probably could have gotten more pillows but we managed. The only reason I mention it was to highlight this being the only negatives.

Breakfast was decent for the inclusion. Some Scrambled egg option, some meat option, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, toast/bagels/muffins, cereal, juice, hard boiled eggs some days. Room was clean and relaxing. I had some concerns about my shower head spraying erratically, and a built-in end table loose from the wall. They had maintenance fix it nest day. Room was clean, heat/cool worked great. Staff was great.

Hallway noise was heard in my room. One morning a guy was singing in hallway 5:20am. I did not appreciate that.

Close to highway and destination. Easy to access. Newly built. Clean. Quiet. Appreciated the water and breakfast items. Axxeptable choices of food and snacks, but a few more and healthy items/ options would be appreciated.

I would have preferred a more moderate price. Spent very little time there, due to my itinerary, so price was steep for the value of time spent there to me.

Super staff, nice view

There was a room across the hall with very noisy people. When I called the reception somebody came right away. He had to come a second time . Next morning the staff was very nice and apologised and gave us a complimentary night. All in all very professional and nice even with these difficult circumstances.

Friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Room was updated, beds/pillows comfortable. Like the big bottles of soap, lotion etc in the bathroom. Nice big breakfast area with lots of choices for breakfast!

Did not like that I was unable to check in using the app. It still made me go to the desk. There were 4 in our party and only 3 towels and 2 washcloths in the bathroom. Ice bucket still had water from previous guest.
