We've been to other Fairfield Inns, but none have been as nice as this one! This hotel looked brand new! We were very happy with our clean room with a great view. We made our own waffles for breakfast, and the attendant JP was super helpful and cheery.

This was our 3rd visit at this hotel, and on this particular trip, there were 3 men causing a ruckus outside of our room. The staff came quickly and dispersed them. Also, there was no water after midnight, which was more than an inconvenience for us. Neither of these things was the fault of the hotel, but the manager Alvita made it right with us. We are very appreciative! I highly recommend the Fairfield Inn in Broomall, PA. They really do care about making your stay a pleasant one! Thank you!

My wife and I stayed here when we attended a concert at the Ardmore Music Hall. The facility was located about ten minutes away from the venue. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything we’ve come to expect at a Marriott facility. The breakfast bar food was fresh and hot. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this Marriott.

Shakina was outstanding in her professionalism and personal warmth. I wish I knew everyone's name, from the front desk, to house-keeping, to the kitchen staff - all were outgoing, friendly and helpful.

The pool was teeny-tiny! The corner market was rather small, also.

The staff were wonderful! Even when I checked in late around 10pm, they were welcoming. Room was clean and breakfast was great for when I was in a rush in the morning! Stayed here for a week to take a class at DCCC and would do it again.

The staff was great, very friendly and accomodating.Aaron at the front desk was great. PJ in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.

Maintenance was not good. We reported various problems and these were not taken care of. For example, one side of the black out curtains would not move and the rod to move it was ripped off and this was not fixed. The first room we were in had absolutely no pictures or decorations - it felt sterile. The second room we were in did have one picture.

Lovely grounds, clean easy to find .. close to shopping, restaurants etc. daily breakfast really good, refilled entrees & staff amazing.

The elevators were somewhat noisy & jerky ?. Our AC had issues on our last night (froze) & had to pack up prematurely & move to another room. Not how we hoped to spend our final evening. 🙁

We liked the location very much. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We didn't have breakfast. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that bothered us was the high price per night.

Super clean and new finishes

The heater in room clicked noisily 10 times every time it cycled off - kept waking us up. I could even hear through the wall, another room’s unit doing the same thing.

it is always a nice hotel for the price. one slight downside is the location is a 10-15 min drive to Haverford /Ardmore . Rooms have a microwave and coffee maker. The coffee station is open to 8 or 9 pm downstairs, They have a small outside area with tables and chairs to sit at.

Location was perfect. Room was a good size and clean.

I wish there were a variety of bed pillows . I did not like the feather like pillows . I also was not advised at check in that I needed to tell the front desk to have our room cleaned.
