When I checked in, the desk person that took care of me told me three times that I did not have a reservation, although I showed her my confirmation. When I started to read her my confirmation number (from Booking.com) she immediately cut me off saying 'That is not one of our numbers. " I was puzzled and checked my confirmation again assuming that I had somehow goofed. Long story short the only issue was that my name came up as Brownlee, Colleen. Did not seem to be so confusing to me. In the end the room was great, no further issues.

Staff was wonderful, helpful, pleasant. Bistro restaurant just right for tasty breakfast and light dinner. Location was wonderful for our purposes. Whole Foods across the street very convenient for a light dinner purchase.

The latest fashion decor is gray. Charcoal carpet, gray walls made everything dark. We were visiting friends and relatives at midday and hung out in the evening. We did have king room with sofa bed which was perfect for this and small balcony - the width of a chair - gave a pleasant spot to eat our dinner. Someone coming just to sleep will have no problems.

I was very impressed with the room, the hotel over-all and the staff was excepptional!

It was difficult to find way back in amongst other large buildings. There were some signs but inn my opinion not enough and rather small.

The location was great!

The bathroom is a little tight. There’s no vent in the shower room so the toilet and even the walls are wet after a shower. The coffee machine and cups are dusty Not enough towels but we manage.

Room was clean, comfy and in a quiet location.

There was a horrible smell when the refrigerator was opened. Inside of the refrigerator looked clean but staff found and cleaned a milk spill under it.

Hard to find. Google maps took us to a very large shopping plaza. Courtyard was practically hidden in the back with virtually no ground signage

The hotell was really nice, and the employees at the desk were very welcoming. Short walk to supermarket at and a couple of restaurants. You need a car to reach the city centre. Breakfast was okay, not included but could be bought in the bistro. The rooms were big and comfortable. Very clean. Nice work out facility. The Bistro was not open at nigth.

The location of this hotel is excellent. So close to everything. Wayne, PA is extremely charming. Looking forward to returning to the area sometime.

There was a lot of noise in the courtyard late into the night. It didn't bother us as we are sound sleepers. We like sleeping with the window/door open. Couldn't really hear noise when sliding door was closed.

The room was very nice and comfortable.

The shower area could have had a small table for incidentals.
