Perfect location for dance competition next door! Breakfast each day was great! Nice selection of teas and coffee was ready! My room was super clean and staff was always friendly and professional!

No complaints. They were waiting for elevator repair but we always had access to the service elevator. And it was perfectly fine!

Personnel at the front desk were very friendly upon check in and check out. Marie was great - very friendly and personable! Room was comfortable, morning breakfast excellent. Room was pretty quiet.

Parking lot lights at night weren't on - not sure why. Wish the A/C unit had an air recirculation/fan on mode (if not using heating or cooling). It cycled on an off. We like units in which the fan can stay on. Bathroom drain gurgled but we figure it was just telling us "good night" and "good morning!". :>)

Staff at front desk were gracious, friendly and professional. 24 hours a day they offer free cookies, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and bottles of water! Breakfast was large variety of foods starting at 6 am. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds and temperature controls great. Nice size bathroom. Would stay again!!

The hotel itself was very clean. Staff was super nice and room was comfortable.

There wasn't much I can say... if I had to say something it would be the location was covered up by alot of trees so I wasn't sure it was the right place.

Staff was beyond excellent. Greeted you every time you came or went out. Gave out complementary waters and pretzels. Breakfast was great. Very clean and quiet location. I will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was nice, everyone ready to help. Breakfast was very good and full of options tô choose from. Comfortable and spacious bedroom and well equiped with microwave, coffe maker and mini fridge. Quiet and well located, right by the KOP mall.

I love the hotel but the pillows not comfortable and I can't sleep well. Overall is good . The problem only pillows.

The pillows bumping and not comfortable for me if compare with another hotel. But overall is good hotel.

My fridge in my room was broken. My door to my shower did not close cause water to go all over the floor. I wish breakfast made waffles and pancakes and a non pork meat.

The breakfast options were great. The staff was so friendly and professional. I would recommend everyone to stay there. The location is close to restaurants and the mall.
