The front desk morning staff were absolutely delightful at check out , they are above and beyond helpful 😀 all the staff were lovely , the breakfast crew made a delicious variety of food, the housekeeping were so nice even the downstairs housekeeper didn't get upset when my boys tracked pool water all over his freshly cleaned floors. The pool is always a refreshing stress reliever at the end of the week.

I didn't like that there just wasn't enough hours in the day. The beds are so comfy i didn't want to get up and go to the pool then didn't want to leave the pool. Wish we could've stayed another night

The king bed was really comfortable and rotating tv is such a great idea! Very useful with a busy toddler and couch and bed view. Breakfast was also great, but be aware it ends at 9 am.

We hated the pull out bed. The springs literally dug straight into our back and we could not get comfortable . We all chose to stay in the bed, which was difficult with a kicking toddler (haha). Also, my (2 year old) toddler was the right height to unlock the door and squeeze outside !!! Whew I’ve never stayed somewhere with a low lock but we made due and jammed a chair to prevent him leaving.

Clean and quiet (we always travel with a sound machine to mask hallway and highway noise, though) with nice decor.

They need to improve their morning coffee logistics. My husband and I don’t usually eat many breakfast items (maybe a piece of fruit or cup of yogurt), but COFFEE is VERY important to us, and when my husband went down for coffee in the morning, there seemed to be some confusion (on the staff’s part) as to which was decaf and regular. That’s a major infraction for coffee drinkers—we want our caffeine. Other than that, though, it was a nice place to stay. : )

The lady at the front desk was great! Easy check in and check out, pool was open till 10:00 and heated, room was very big and clean! Our room actually had a sectional couch with two beds and a tv that swiveled so it could be watched while laying in bed or sitting on the couch! Free breakfast. They have a gym we did not use it though. We will definitely be staying here again!

No complaints here. We stayed here to be closer to CHOP for upcoming appointments I highly recommend for others who would need a place to stay, the only thing you’ll want to leave about an hour and a half earlier for your appointment due to traffic! (This is by no means anything negative about the hotel just trying to help future parents who stay here for upcoming appointments at CHOP!) 😁)

The pool was a perfect temperature not warm but not too cool. The room was lovely had a beautiful stand up shower but I really wanted a tub. The pool helped me overcome the need for a soak.

The incidental hold on my account that still remains. It was a bit inconvenient that cash isn't accepted along with card for incidental. I had to Uber to the store to deposit cash on my card that is still pending 15days later. My only complaint about the building itself would be the out of order elevator. 1 elevator 6 floors long wait.

The room was so nice, loved the set up!! The pricing was excellent! Kiera was super helpful! Loved the quiet in the whole hotel!

Just a couple items need some attention. The breakfast did not meet my expectations. Definitely needs more added as well the pictures in the elevator markets a different expectation of the breakfast. Loved the hotel room in he only item was a red dye stain on the floor .

The 1st room we had, the sheets did not look clean on the 1 bed. They were able to move us to a connecting room so it was easy to move all our belongings over & the rest of the stay was good. I like that they have the shower/bathtub & toilet in 1 room, but the sink & mirror outside of that room. Also liked that they had another mirror with a counter over to the side so that we could all get ready at the same time.

The location was great access to shopping , food etc ..

The water pressure could have been better and tht also need to check rooms With the water stains on the ceiling tht can be easily fixed I had to look up at a stain which wasn’t great but overall I truly enjoyed my stay every one was very friendly I would stay here again it wasn’t too far from the venue i attended for two days ( roots picnic Mann park outdoor concert )

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was aesthically pleasing, really liked the lay out of it. It was different. We had hot water at all times which is a plus. Pool was great and my husband made good use of your gym.

Breakfatlcould have between better. I was disappointed that there was no flavored creamer or more options like pancakes or French toast.

Great location, luxurious look and feel, comfortable beds and shower, plenty of parking.

Only 1 elevator very inconveniently placed if you were parked in the parking lot. At check in, we requested a first floor room with view of the parking lot and were given a 5th floor room with a view on the other side, it was a little disappointing. Breakfast is until 9 AM, not great if you aren’t an early bird.
