The lady at the front desk was great! Easy check in and check out, pool was open till 10:00 and heated, room was very big and clean! Our room actually had a sectional couch with two beds and a tv that swiveled so it could be watched while laying in bed or sitting on the couch! Free breakfast. They have a gym we did not use it though. We will definitely be staying here again!

No complaints here. We stayed here to be closer to CHOP for upcoming appointments I highly recommend for others who would need a place to stay, the only thing you’ll want to leave about an hour and a half earlier for your appointment due to traffic! (This is by no means anything negative about the hotel just trying to help future parents who stay here for upcoming appointments at CHOP!) 😁)

The room was so nice, loved the set up!! The pricing was excellent! Kiera was super helpful! Loved the quiet in the whole hotel!

Just a couple items need some attention. The breakfast did not meet my expectations. Definitely needs more added as well the pictures in the elevator markets a different expectation of the breakfast. Loved the hotel room in he only item was a red dye stain on the floor .

The location was great access to shopping , food etc ..

The water pressure could have been better and tht also need to check rooms With the water stains on the ceiling tht can be easily fixed I had to look up at a stain which wasn’t great but overall I truly enjoyed my stay every one was very friendly I would stay here again it wasn’t too far from the venue i attended for two days ( roots picnic Mann park outdoor concert )

The 1st room we had, the sheets did not look clean on the 1 bed. They were able to move us to a connecting room so it was easy to move all our belongings over & the rest of the stay was good. I like that they have the shower/bathtub & toilet in 1 room, but the sink & mirror outside of that room. Also liked that they had another mirror with a counter over to the side so that we could all get ready at the same time.

I loved the size of the room. It was perfect for my family of four. We had plenty of room. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The manager was very polite and professional. Breakfast was decent. They offered a variety of choices eggs, hashbrowns, hash, waffles, french toast, bagels, sausage, bacon, muffins, cereal, oatmeal packs, fruit, and yogurt. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Very close to King of Prussia Mall, Chop, many restaurants, Topp golf, and more.

The pool was small and a bit cold. I wish there was a microwave in the room. However, there is one on the property for use. I wish the shower had better water pressure. Despite this, I would stay again.

Comfy beds, warm complimentary breakfast, clean and quiet, and good location. The front staffs were nice trying to deal with laundry problem.

Shower pressure was very low. Laundry facilities need renovation. The washing machine took money but didn’t operate, so I had to ask for quarters for a refund at the front desk several times. Water was leaking from the dryer. Need microwave in each unit.

No complaints at all. Everything was clean (I inspect every room to make sure all is working appropriately before settling in). Water pressure, hot water in shower, well working sink, comfortable bed, TV worked well, fridge worked well. All outlets and lights worked. Wasn't able to catch breakfast or the bar. Gym well equipped. Didn't get a chance to utilize the indoor pool but at glance, looked clean. Hallways didn't have a smell, could use more lighting but that's a personal preference. Elevator worked fine. I felt safe. Great location, ducked off away from all the busy highways but close enough to KOP. I have 0 complaints. Will absolutely return again.

The staff was nice. Location is good with plenty of parking. Room was a decent size. Just around the corner from the mall and lots of shops.

No microwaves in rooms. Turned coffee machine on and it smelled disgusting. It was filthy and had fruit flies on it. We tried to clean it but then it started smoking. Had to call front desk for a new one.

Easy check-in and check-out. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It would also be nice if the room the pool was in had some heat.

The bathrooms could have been more updated and the water pressure was not great. Our refrigerator was also a little beat up. When I first arrived, I did have to clean up a small mess on the night stand and bed frame but it wasn't anything I reported to the main desk. It was a bummer that the restaurant no longer exists in the lobby. The hotel should take it off the website.

Bed was super comfortable! Offered breakfast but only until 9 am.

Only 1 working elevator. Kids coming from indoor pool tracked water into elevator floor. Was quite slippery. Did not provide a hairdryer that was stated in the info about the hotel. South facing rooms heard freeway traffic all night.. not near any shops or restaurants.
