It was cheap

It was good price but the front is clean but the room we stood need to be clean better don’t know if it stain but the sink n tub look like it hasn’t been clean well or not clean at all is good place for over nite but as for a vacation pick don’t recommend and also it look like people from welfare or shelter live there I also seen cat gravel on the step carpet look like hasn’t been vacum for wks they need better housekeeping

The door at the 360.region wasn't secure. Seemed as someone disabled the locking mechanism Might have been contractors, as blue painters tape is covering the mechanisms that secure that door.

The staff here is fantastic have a good morning , good afternoon etc You can see they are truly happy with working with the guests and always try to get an answer if they them sells have to check with anther staff member

They only thing Is I got here before check out time and I waited 1. 1:2,when I was told I could go to my room now. The rooms are large but the air conditioner was filled so bad with dust and it was layers of it I had to get the floor mopped again because if sad in in the lobby over most 3 hrs when ci

The room was really nice and during the middle of a rain storm it was really nice that there was a mulch area to be able to potty my dogs under the overhang at the front entrance.

This is the same complaint I have at most pet friendly places and that is other people need to pick up after their dogs better. It’s not the hotel’s job to pickup dog crap, it’s the dog owners and people really need to do better.

The price makes it affordable. The staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable.

It looks like they were renovating it, in between clients. The bathroom was not very big, and the tubs were slippery so you had to hold on lol.

Everything the front desk staff very fast and professional

I received a knock on my door of a guest saying "I think we have the same room " I said , "sounds like a personal problem . " Obviously someone just wanted me on guard . God bless I still enjoyed myself immensely

Once again it was a great stay. The front desk representative Jamii is very helpful and is great at her job. From someone who has worked in customer service she is exceptional . I have dealt with some other motels who's staff is not empathetic or kind. Great job!

My check in was very smooth and professional! My room was great especially the shower and the rate was simply great!!! John is a very good desk clerk!!! Very efficient and kind.

I wasn't offered a receipt at check in and I paid cash. I mistakenly thought my check out date was 9/23/22 so I stayed a bit longer than I should have my apologies. I got a call from someone from housekeeping after I had spoken to the front desk. The desk allowed me 30 minutes to get myself ready to check out but the housekeeper who called was kind of demanding!! He demanded that I leave in 5 minutes but when I tried to explain my call from the front desk he really wasn't interested in hearing it. "you have 5 minutes" and then hung up. Overall my stay was great and I will return as well as suggest that my family and friends stay there. if and when in the area. Great staff!! Great room!!

Having the kop mall right in walking distance was a great thing, was able to go shopping and have some great date night dinners.

The pool was not open until later in the day and we were not able to make it swimming,

The staff has been very kind , unlike other motels in the past year they actually care . Jamii at the front desk is awesome, totally helpful , she is an ace at customer service.

I have nothing negative to say about my stay.
