The staff was very friendly and efficient. Our room was very comfortable and clean. There were all the amenities we like, and lots of towels and pillows. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and was replenished often. Tables were cleaned between guests without disruption.

Hallway noise (kids yelling, laughing, running with a dog) was quite noticeable inside our room. I did not contact the front desk. Biggest issue: I didn't realize the hotel was pet-friendly. I would have requested a room on a pet-free floor (if they have one) if I'd known that. We awoke with allergy symptoms - fortunately, not severe, but it could be a big problem for some people.

The convinance to the mall.. My room was very clean. And comfortable.

The front desk wasn't not friendly and welcoming. There was not enough beverages. Milk and juice selections which were watery. The cups were extremely small. There were no signs for food selections. The food attendant was very nice but did not speak English to answer questions regarding food. The ice maker did not work on my floor which was the 5th. There where no materials to be offered regarding the city or mall..I may have stayed Ilonger if areas of interest were offered. I think that would be great for visitors for site seeing.

The room was very cold when I arrived. Later the air automatically shut off. The room had a mildew odor. When I laid across the bed the top blanket smelled of mildew and urine. It seemed the bed was fixed fast because at Check in at 3pm the room had not been worked on yet. So, they may have rushed it and put the same blanket on the bed that was used by the person who stayed in the room before me. For this to be an accessible room it was very small. I could not turn my mobility scooter around. It was only because it has a shower that t he room was accessible. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. Snacks in the lobby was expensive. Over $4 for 1 small bottle of Coke.

Breakfast was great and the room was immaculate and spacious. Perfect for our overnight stay. Staff was friendly (tho the lady working the breakfast may not have understood English well as she didn't respond much). The water pressure in bathroom was great. Comfy bed.

Totally NO fault of this hotel but the location of the hotel was very close to the highway so I had trouble sleeping with all the road/trucks/cars noises going on so close to the building. Otherwise that facility was wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and remembered who we were the entire trip. They always asked us how we were doing and we were always met with a smile. The room was very clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The provided breakfast was SO GOOD. We will definitely stay here again.

There were a few minor things I would suggest: add a single serve keurig in each room, have a fridge with a bigger freezer section, and allow guests to order movies on the tv or at the very least, have TVs we can cast to. We had brought our own groceries and our own kcups and wanted the ability to store and use them.

We had just come off a red eye flight from the west coast and fortunately David at the desk found us a room early. Lucky for us on this occasion. The two queen beds we had ordered were comfortable, bathroom clean and everything worked. The breakfast room covered all the hot and cold basics, while the all day coffee was good quality. The place is quiet, within easy walking distance of the mall and bus stop right outside from central Philadelphia.

So much plastic waste from breakfast.

I liked that our room was ready once we arrived. The front desk clerk was very kind and fast. I loved the fact that I could get coffee 24 hours of the day. I’m a big coffee drinker. Our room was clean and our floor was quiet!

I didn’t like the breakfast! There were very limited items to choose from. The meat available was pork! The waffle maker takes forever and it’s only one. That early in the morning people don’t want to stand for too long waiting for food.

NIce breakfast, good location, very clean.

HOtel is now charging for parking, there is no where else to park as the hotel is on a main thoroughfare. The notice said housekeeping comes in every other day, I stayed three days, no one showed up. When I asked again about this, was told housekeeping only came in if requested. I could not get the trash emptied, think that at least should be done daily. No business center.

The breakfast was good, the morning staff was helpful, the room was clean and spacious

When we arrived the first staff member sent us on a wild goose chase trying to find our room had to go down stairs a few times for different keys to different rooms. With all the luggage running around floor to floor looking for the receptionist was crazy

Extremely friendly front desk staff shout out to Pete for being a kind and awesome person. The breakfast was hot and good every morning and the beds were very comfy.

The fire alarm went off throughout the whole building early in the morning, thus making the elevator out of service. We were on the 5th floor it was a pain but out of our control. Wouldn’t deter me from staying at the hotel again.
