I enjoyed breakfast especially the omelette station

The pool was filthy,cloudy and had to much chlorine that it burned your skin and eyes...I didn't even get to enjoy the pool...

If you’re traveling for work purposes, this is the absolute best place to stay at. The rooms have a usable desktop workspace and offers option for higher speed internet access that supports VPN’s and videoconferencing capabilities, an incredible restaurant that makes you feel comfortable eating solo there accommodating your needs to eat in room, breakfast on the go (quality food, not microwaved eggs type buffet), strict noise reduction management and facility engineered design that allows you to actually get quality sleep, and easy checkout.

We were welcomed at the Front desk by wonderful employee I believe he was exceptional with handling customer service with Patience an Welcoming Attitude!! He went above an beyond., A kind human being is hard to find.

Only got scared few times when the fire alarm went off an said we must leave now etc... I have my 8 yr old daughter with me that was terrified... They should announce that it is a test to not cause confusion or anxiety for safety.

What I liked about the property is that it was a clean place in my children enjoy themselves inside of the pool. The workout area was excellent.

What I didn’t like about the place is that the Wi-Fi would not allow me to log into your server so I missed a lot of of my work that I needed to do while there.

I like the very friendly staff. They were helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and fresh. The beds are very comfortable.

It was very hard calling downstairs to the restaurant. The phone would ring and no one answered even though they were open. Called several times with no answer. Had to call the front desk and they had them call up to the room. My Husband is disabled and parking is not close to the hotel. The rooms are on the smaller size.

Overall very nice and will stay there again next year for the Billiards event

Cool River restaurant food was expensive and not impressed with portion and taste, service not so good as they got my order wrong and was ignored for a while and had to complain. Stayed on 3rd floor the ice machine was broken on 3rd and 2nd floors and towards the end of my stay the main floor ice machine went down.

Staff was very welcoming, pleasant, courteous, accomadating, attentive, and very helpful. The environment (inside and outside) was clean, well-maintained, and relaxing. Cool River Restaurant was very nice.

The area and walkways inside of the room were too narrow for me. I had just gotten knee surgery, so I had to use a wheelchair/crutches, so it was a little harder to get around. However, the room was very clean and cozy!

The facility was very clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, our room was ready and clean when we arrived. The only thing I noticed was the trashcan in the bedroom was not emptied out from the previous guests it just had a couple of empty water bottles in it but other than that...wonderful stay...and the breakfast was great! Oh, very nice restaurant on the ground floor so bring something nice to wear for dinner.

Not really much to complain about, the 3rd floor didn't have an ice machine so I had to go up to the 4th floor...that's all I got lol.

Excellent hotel with exceptional breakfast (they even had an omelett station) and a happy hour in the evening! The staff was very friendly and we, our two sons (3&5) and 3 months old puppy felt very well taken care of.

The pool was very cold, so we were not able to use it with our kids. That was the only thing though - the rest of the hotel was otustanding

Breakfast was good. Quite busy, but good! Our server for dinner was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and the bed/pillows were super comfortable. All staff were very welcoming and polite. The kids loved the pool!

Several people who were very over-served at happy hour were then seated in the dining area. They were loud, vulgar and literally disturbed everyone trying to enjoy their dinners. We had small kids with us, and the f-bombs being dropped weren't appreciated. The hotel manager should have stepped in and asked them to leave the restaurant.
