We had a fridge and microwave in the room, so a trip to the local grocery store served us well for an economical morning meal. The property was very clean and well kept. We loved the keyless entry system, but it was strange not to see any staff onsite.

There was only one way access to the hotel, so it meant having to drive past the hotel, take a left turn at the next set of lights and either cut through Enzo's Italian restaurant or through another businesses' parking lot. We had to do this on almost every occasion. The mattress was also worn out and had zero firmness, which meant I had three days of terrible sleep.

We had a very clean room and a private balcony that overlooked a well manicured lawn with a wooded area beyond the grass. Besides the traffic noise from the highway on the opposite side of the hotel, you would think it was complete tranquil seclusion.

The code we were given by booking was different than the code I was supposed to use, a simple phone call to a friendly staff member quickly remedied the situation. The vent fan in the bathroom wasn't working and the tub was very slow to drain. The mattress was much stiffer than we like and are used to.

Honestly... everything! The location was a short drive outside of Philly, and the room was extremely spacious. I loved that it has its own kitchen. There is a Trader Joe's a few minutes down the road. They provided a decent breakfast, and some of which you take back to your room to cook. The fact that everything was automated was a unique experience. I didn't mind it, and if I'm back in the area, I'm definitely staying here.

The fridge in the room wasn't level....that is all I got honestly. Everything else was awesome 👍.

The bed was pretty Comfy. Check in was easy. Actually I wouldn’t call it check in as I got a text and then used the number at the door. I never actually checked out. Now to have a mini fridge and stove if needed. We were on floor 1 (of 3). And it was quiet. Only 26ish rooms in total. No clue if there is an ice machine.

Fish smell in the hallway at arrival. No breakfast. Getting there With one way road was annoying. Pillows were too soft. Shower curtain didn’t keep water off floor as it was too short and didn’t go to the tub. Person-less check in seems good until you have a problem. Who would I call or find? Closet didn’t have a door. No directions for HVAC. Not many outlets. Bathroom fan sucked. Found a few hairs and a dirty towel hanging up so I hope everything was cleaned. Bed moved left and right and up and down because it just sits on a wood slab so be careful.

The hotel appeared to be recently renovated, We had an unexpectedly lovely view and a back porch in our first floor,

There was an initial snafu at sign in, I reserved this with a notation that my wife was in a wheelchair, but they had reserved a room on the second floor without an elevator,. But the staff worked this out, We had a first floor room with a lovely back porch. It was clean and pleasant, A very good value.

Cute place, affordable, clean. Love the patio. It's my go-to when I visit Longwood (not when I have my dog though because this isn't a pet-friendly hotel). Great location by plenty of food and shopping options.

Walls are so thin, the guy's snoring in the next room kept waking me up. Or he was just that obnoxiously loud. It's kind of a pain not being able to make a left into the hotel, but there's nothing they can do about it.

No breakfast available at this facility. The setting was lovely, even though it rained the whole time! The young man in charge was SO pleasant, despite our issues with door-locking🫢, and rooms were a nice size! My Book Club had a great time, for sure! Thank you!

Two rooms had TV troubles…we couldn’t figure out how to turn them off…so they had to stay on all night…ugh! Oh, minor issue…the fridge door was hinged wrong, and I had a time getting things in/out (room #100) I’d say that the facility was terrific, other than those two little issues, which are easily correctable, we really enjoyed our stay!!😄

Rooms are comfortable and stocked with a kitchenette with dishes and silverware and glassware and a good size fridge. If it was warm weather the balconies would have been a nice perk. The breakfast was a nice perk.

One of the rooms of the two we rented had a refrigerator that didn’t work but we just used one instead. Only suggestion is to put tissue boxes and bath gel in the rooms.

The location was in close proximity for places we wanted to explore & loved how quiet it was!! Thoroughly enjoyed seeing some wildlife from our balcony each day. It was clean and perfect for our budget. Didn't want to leave. 😊 Will definitely be returning.

We loved everything!!! Suggestions: A luggage rack & a 2nd mirror (outside of the bathroom) would be convenient. Also, perhaps instructions on locking/ unlocking the doors could be sent in an email prior to arrival. We figured it out but helped several that arrived after us on how to get in. 😀 Once figured out it was smooth sailing.

Location was quiet yet not far from shopping. Very clean and although there is not a check in person on property, when I called the number with a question, they picked right up and service was exceptional!

Nothing really, a pool would have been fun but definitely not a necessity.
