Our stay in pennsville was good. Our stay in Stafford /quantico was concerning. I did not know that Hampton inn was pet friendly. After arriving in our room 318 I noticed my husband and I were coughing. When we came back from dinner i had an asthma attack. I thought I was going to end up at the hospital. Please let me know what the results were of your inspection. I reöorted it to the front desk and the corporate office.

That you do not have rooms for customers who have allergies to animals.

The receptionist had a flat unfriendly effect, however all other staff were great! Also hotel could use repairs and updating—looks like it’s been through a lot lol Staff seemed to do their best to keep it clean & fresh Price for one room one night had increased substantially over past few months -not sure why as no remodeling etc

Close to the highway but quiet. Excellent WiFi. Easy access with check-in, keyless entry, and check-out via phone app. Room was well appointed and the breakfast area was attractive with very good options.

Pleasant staff. Fairly good breakfast.

Booked a king room. Only room available when we checked in was an accessible two queen room. The shower curtain does not reach the floor which allows water to seep onto the bathroom floor. Paint is chipped and peeling throughout the room. Although the room we booked and confirmed was not available, there was zero compensation offered.

The property was clean, The rooms we’re clean, My Coffee kept coming 😊 Breakfast was just enough to fill our bellies and Mike & the staff We’re All Absolutely Amazing!! Mike is the kinda guy every hotel should have checking in their guests!! He was warm, friendly, welcoming & very accommodating!! Kudos to the Hampton INN For Their Top Notch Service to my family and I on our trip to TriState for our 30 Years Strong Family Dog Show weekend!! We’ll be back in the spring!! everything was Amazing, although i wished the room refrigerators we’re a little bigger for all our travel snacks. Perhaps a suggestion😉

Better computer system. When we arrived, your computer system was down Had to wait until the receptionist realized she could use the computer in the back room to check us in. Maybe more training is required.

The desk chair squeak, the t.v. channels were not available and couldn't use the remote to change the TV setting for an hdmi cable.

I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. They are all very friendly and welcoming and definitely go out of their way to make your stay that much nicer!!

I think the rooms furniture and bedding, pillows mattresses could be updated. I would also love to use softer towels to shower with. Adding a laundry softener could take care of that.

location is near our route from Florida back to New England. We have stopped here in previous years and found the property very reliable and comfortable.

There was no shower curtain when we first arrived but after calling the front desk, one was promptly provided to us.

The billing method. Although paying on 5th Aug they made us pay for the stay again plus $50 for extras. Still waiting for refund.
