We stayed at White Oaks as our halfway point to Outer Banks. We stayed because it was very well priced and also had good reviews. We had items under a tarp in our open bed truck and we were not too worried about our items being left out while we were sleeping. The Motel was very well lit. Hubby said it was one of the best motels he has stayed it. Book going to NC and back. If we travel again by car will definitely be our stopping point to get rest. The owners I assume when we checked in saw that we were a family and one of the rooms which was the king size was on the other end of hotel he put us all together and kept my king size price for the double queen room. He also did it for us on the way back.

There was very limited items in vending machine. There is nothing more I could say about our stay.

This is a super basic motel but they get the basics right. The rooms were clean and while we didn't need it they did have a microwave and fridge in the room. They have laundry facilities but they do not sell detergent. Everything worked and the place was quiet.

They should consider selling detergent (and other toiletries) so that you don't have to go looking for them late at night in town.

For the price, White Oak is well worth the value. My only complaint is that they really need to put lamps in the rooms so that you don't have to use overhead lighting all the time. It would be nice if the air conditioners worked a little better as well. This was my second time staying there.

Air conditioner didn't work very well either time I've stayed there and there were no lamps in either room, only bright, overhead lighting.

The cleanliness & comfort of the room, attention of the staff to any request, they even gave me fresh towels, made the bed & emptied the trash each day.

There were a couple of flies trapped in my room that I couldn't get. Annoying.

Compared to other motels, in its price range, White Oaks is a superior value. As others have stated, it is very clean and well maintained. The kitchenette would be of value to someone who could use it. The location at the junction of the Delaware Bridge and the NJ Turnpike is very convenient.

The driveway into the place reminded me of roads in Bolivia. The decor is nothing to write home about.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was clean.

The air conditioning unit was noisy, so we slept without it running. During the night, we got a bit warm, so we turned it on again.

Basic no frills room but it was immaculately clean and comfortable.

Couldn’t connect to the WiFi but we were just there for an overnight stay, so it really wasn’t an issue.

It was super clean, comfy bed. All the necessities like towels, bathroom rug. A/C worked great and quiet area !!

The main road could be fixed but luckily there are two entrances.

Location was very convenient to highway needed and to area restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Nice attempts at landscaping.

Building is a bit aged. Price was a little high for the accommodations. No breakfast. Bathroom was very small.

Ask the maid to clean the room when she was done was brand new

Wasn't greeting enough (just reception ) Besides my bathroom toilet space being small (rm)145 and very low cell service 👌
