I liked how when we first arrive to check in. That the first desk clerk was acceptable to our room location. We also admired her patience with dealing with a customer that appeared to be having an issue. Our room wasn’t quite ready, but we were fine with that. When we came back. There was a different front desk clerk. He was dealing with a verbal abusive customer. He kept clam and still helped the customer out. Staff here are exceptional. This is our third time here. We will definitely be back.

The continental breakfast could be a little better.

Everything was so clean and well taken care of. The rooms, beddings...EXCELLENT job. Breakfast was super good

If I were to change anything, it would be to change the "hot options" For example: instead of sausage and fried eggs every day, perhaps do scrampled eggs and bacon or canadian bacon or sausage links.... STILL, for me, it was perfect as is

My phone died in the middle of then night and I woke up feeling confused, it was daylight savings time I didn’t have a charger so I went to front desk and the attendant was kind enough to loan me hers .

Breakfast was great. Especially the make your own waffle station!! Eggs & sausage too. The staff that were attending to the breakfast were AWESOME! Very attentive to a family that just arrived 10:10. They offered the family the items they'd just put away & made a couple sausage patties so everyone got one. That was above & beyond. She could've easily said, sorry, it's closed. But, instead, she took care of the guest. Outstanding. Both breakfast attendees kept the dining area wiped down frequently too. Which we appreciated that, too. Only semi negative point was that on site parking was slim. But, enjoyed seeing the farm animals literally across the street!!!

The location was close to the Cowtown rodeo, which was our destination and close to Delaware, which we went and explore a bit.

Staff could be a bit friendlier . Toilet flusher broke, but it was fixed, right away.

Overall, this place was convenient. And a nice place to stay.

People that were staying above me were loud and kept me awake and they started this at 3 AM in the morning

Hair from others were everywhere in the bathroom. The pullout couch had particles on the side of the couch because maid isn't cleaning it thoroughly.

Location is perfect right off of the highway. Polite and very helpful check inn. Room was clean, spacious and comfy bed. Breakfast was hot and well stocked.

The staff, the room and the breakfast were great. Very accomodating to allow a late check out.

The location is removed from amenities like food or gas relative to other hotels - you literally drive through what appears to be a residential neighborhood to get to the hotel at the end of a dead end street.

Large quiet room, super comfy bed with good pillows and soft sheets, lots of vanity space around the sink, fast wifi.

No towel racks in the bathroom. Some designer apparently thought this was a good “look” but it’s certainly not at all convenient for hotel guests. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.
