The room exceeded expectations overall and offset the majority of the negatives of the stay (parking & breakfast fees). It was truly a "suite" like experience. We even booked an additional night through the hotel after seeing the room.

Hotel's underground parking garage was extra tight to maneuver, and didn't expect to be charged an extra daily fee for using it when i made this booking (parking not complimentary). Also breakfast was not included in the rate, so it was another surprise at the breakfast buffet to be charged yet another fee.

There were many positives. The room was gigantic and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was GREAT, and the room had great amenities. Two big TVs that connect to Netflix, lots of plugs for your devices. The staff is extremely friendly, kind and nice -- seriously, we travel a lot and we really appreciated their staff at the front desk and at the breakfast area.

There is some sort of nightclub or something nearby. You could hear the bass playing until about 2 am. The room itself was pretty quiet and they did what they could to minimize noise, but it's just location. There's nothing the hotel could do about it. You might have better luck on a weekday night but we could hear it even with earplugs on both Friday/Saturday nights. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy, I didn't feel comfortable going on a run.

I need to go back and check if I spent more than I usually do on this room because it was fantastic. Friendly, efficient service at check in. Huge room, comfortable bed, and above average exercise facilities. Free parking. The TV streaming system was excellent, I was easily able to connect my Netflix account and when I turned the TV on in the morning I was impressed to say a message saying "bon voyage!" and informing me that I was automatically signed out. Very cool!

That I was only here for one night. Only actual complaints: the parking lot was very tight, despite driving a prius I felt some of the spots weren't worth squeezing into, and the shower wasn't great. Seriously though I'm nit picking, this is an excellent hotel.

The rooms are just great: very spacious, a nice comfortable bed, a small salon and kitchenette facility; bathroom is rather small but convenient with a nice walk-in shower. It gives a cozy, warm atmosphere. Staff is attentive and friendly.

The lobby and elevators are in a very bad shape and give a very outdated and worn-out impression. Think that some urgent renovations are required. The lobby is used a bit like an entertainment room, where you do not immediately get a very safe feeling. The breakfast buffet is average and could be extended with some additional items like cheese..

The suite layout was excellent and the fridge and microwave a nice amenity. Free water very nice. Shower water hot and no pressure issues. In and out parking privileges were helpful. Location good for top restaurants in vicinity. Front desk staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Starbucks barista was great.

The bathroom was worn.. sloppy caulking, water damaged door. USB outlets in bedroom not working. Lots of loud shady folks in park across the street at night. Have to keep an eye out walking at night.

Great location, clean room and speedy service

Some kind of way, they system showed that my room was empty and they sent security to my room, thank goodness I had the extra lock on the door because he tried tu walk right in, no knock on the door or anything. I called the front desk to verify this action. And they said they did send security to the room to make sure it was empty and clean due to the system showing it was empty. That was it, but the situation was scary to happen at 11pm

The employees at the hotel were very friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and inviting. Very easy to get to and from the hospital

There is no bellman to help you load or unload your luggage and the $18.00 breakfast is worth going downstairs for and the choices you have for lunch and dinner are the same and are no very appetizing. Thumbs down on the food. However, the bartender is fantastic and definitely knows what she is doing

Good location in downtown Wilmington, on major bus routes but away from the main streets that might be busier/noisy. Friendly staff and comfy beds, and the linens and bathroom were clean and tidy. A great base to explore the area.

Some of the a/c grilles and ventilation ducts were quite dusty and some of the fixtures a bit battered/damaged. Couldn't help but wonder what else might have been amiss, and got the impression the place just needed a bit of TLC.

Location was convenient, room was spacious. Gym had many equipments and not a lot of people.

The water in the shower went down slowly, breakfast was buffet style and was okay, not a lot of options but good enough for the price. Restaurant/bar was closed for the weekend when I stayed.

We liked the staff's accommodating responsiveness to address our concerns in the restaurant during our breakfast.

The hot food on the buffet bar was cold; however, the staff readily remedied the situation. The chef brought out hot food which was excellent service!
