Comfortable hotel in airport and commercial area. Pleasant staff, large room, everything works, decent desk etc, firm bed, large bathroom and shower. The breakfast was fine with eggs and stuff -- I sampled the "oatmeal bar". Free parking. Close to various freeways and business routes, though the navigation can be a bit challenging!

The hotel is located along the very busy DuPont Highway / US-13 road, and the traffic was noisy. I got used to it, but you might want to request a room not facing the highway.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. They steered us to Jessops Tavern for dinner and a walk along some of the waterfront.

We needed to do laundry and were told the desk always had change for the machines. When we returned from dinner we were told the day clerk forgot to leave any change. We were lucky enough to meet a airline pilot doing laundry who offered us quarters for the machine since he said he always carried his own and had extra. Such a nice young man. I forgot to ask who he flew for but they are lucky to have such a friendly and considerate pilot. I hope he sees this review.

Comfortable room, great bathroom, good breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff. The best feature, by far, was the television’s “My Media” feature; finally, a hotel that doesn’t cripple its television and doesn’t prevent me from connecting my computer to it in order to show things on a larger screen. This alone is reason for me to seek out Fairfield hotels in the future.

The thermostat can be adjusted to any temperature, but the actual furnace/air conditioner unit seems to have only two settings: 60°F and 80°F. We ultimately chose cold, and made use of the bed covers.

The hotel is super clean, the room is super clean too, the bed and pillows are super soft. The breakfast was good too, just missed the bacon and eggs. The location is good and safe.

What I did like was that I booked the up level rooms, and when I did the check-in, they gave me one first-floor room, and the room was for people with disabilities. When I asked the receptionist, she said that with I want to change the room, I need to pay more. That was ridiculous. The room was ok, but until figured it out how everything works as was projected for people with disabilities was a challenge. When my daughter took a shower, she felt on the wet floor as she didn't know that the water from the shower ran for outside the shower drain. 😒

The ladies who ran the front desk were very polite and helpful. Their names were, Esmeralda, Marissa and Jazmine. The breakfast was good and the lady taking care of breakfast was very nice. The location of the hotel was close to the two functions that I came to New Castle to attend.

No fault of the hotel, but there were very noisy people in the room adjoining mine. They kept me up until 3am in the morning. I found out the next day, if I had called the front desk that they would have taken care of it.

Every thing was clean, staff was on point with everything. She was refreshing the breakfast spread, very friendly, professional! David is the one who received us with a friendly smile, made us feel welcome, with great customer service! I have no complaints! Definitely coming back!

we stayed for 1 night with a small child and had to leave in the morning at 11 am the maid came 2 times from 10 am and asked if we were leaving? I told her let the child wake up because we still have 1 hour and we had to quickly get ready and run out because she had to clean the room(

We stopped on our way home to Massachusetts from Williamsburg. The hotel was a short hop off of our route. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, the room was very clean and pleasant. Breakfast was kind of standard fare for an included breakfast.

There was really nothing that we would suggest an improvement on.

When we got back after our evening out there was no parking available. I had to park in handicap and when I asked the front desk they said it was first come first serve parking. You had a lot of vehicles/trailers taking up 3 and 4 spaces. They should have been made to park next door as to not inconvenience other guests.
