Affordable, basic accommodation. We appreciated the fridge and microwave. Close to the town of West Chester which was lovely and there was an artisan studio tour the weekend we were there, which was fantastic. It was also close to friends we were visiting nearby. Parking was easy.

The breakfast was limited, and white carb heavy. Evening/night staff did long shifts and had to set up breakfast. The morning desk staff was somewhat irritable and defensive when my partner pointed out that there was no toilet paper in the lobby bathroom. She said she'd just come on duty, and it wasn't her fault. Twice. 😒

I request for the upgraded room and got it for free. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who worked the front desk that night. He was very nice and welcoming. The room I stood in was missing a remote for the TV and the man at the front desk got it to me within 10 minutes and he was working by himself at the desk on a busy new year eve. That is a great example of customer service. For the amount I paid, definitely got my money's worth. I will stay with them again in the future

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. I had what I needed in the room- enough towels, a fridge, a microwave, and a small coffee maker to make hot water. Soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful with enough options. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. All this for a VERY reasonable price. I could not have asked for more.

The room was very clean and provided all the basics. The facilities were also clean. I saw nothing dumpy about the Hotel.

We stayed in room 234 and although the room was fine, the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. The other thing was there was a waffle maker in the breakfast area that was not working. We were told it had just broken, but since we were only there 1 night can't be sure. On the other hand, I was not expecting one and love when a Hotel has one. We were budgeting and thought we could forgo a waffle to save $10 compared to other Hotel choices.

The staff was always friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The room was clean and spacious, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a great stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Chester. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

I enjoyed the bed the most, it was very comfortable. The room was clean and I was delighted with the art that was crafted with the towels, toilet paper, and bed sham. My room was quiet.

The security of the exit door was being propped open by rocks.

This is the second time we stayed here. Very good value and clean space. Good parking, great location and good facilities. room was excellent, great comfy beds and good in room amenities. Staff was pleasant, had a decent breakfast option in the morning.

I had a wonderful stay at the Microtel Inn West Chester. I was visiting the city for a business trip, and I needed a place to stay that was close to the convention center. The motel was located in a convenient location, and it was easy to get around. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone visiting West Chester.

As a frequent traveler, I was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received from the front desk staff and support team at the Microtel Inn. I have never written a review, and I feel compelled to do so just because the service I received was so outstanding! I was a member of the bridal party for a wedding we were holding at a venue down the street from the hotel. We frequently needed assistance with setting up and moving equipment and bridal things around the hotel. The team at Microtel Inn was patient, cheerful and resourceful. It had a positive impact on the wedding overall, and the bride was thrilled! Overall, the hotel was spotless. Beds are comfortable and large, and the room was completely silent at night. Thank you so much and I can't wait to come back!

The bed, bathroom and counters were extremely clean, the appearance of the room was fresh and updated.

Was expecting eggs and/or French toast for breakfast, however they had other options such as waffles, cereal and bagels. The coffee was really good.
