The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Huge walk in closet in the 'master' bedroom was nice.

The table to dine on had a broken leg so anytime someone touched the table, it made an awful squeaking sound. When we got there, there was a door stopper with three screws just laying on the end table by the couch. The door handle to the master bedroom fell off in my husbands hand 4 times while opening the door. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well, went to take a shower and opened the shower curtain to find a spider with its web. There's an oven but nothing to cook on in it, bring your own cooking sheets/dishes if you plan on using the oven!

The location was lovely. Right near a grocery store, target and a couple restaurants, some staff was friendly, loved the map listed on the arrival instructions, great size room, dishes and cooking utensils readily in room cabinets, additional sheets and blanket in closet, staff quickly corrected any issues (first assigned room smelled of smoke; reassigned to new room right away), dish washer in room, laundry room in facility, gym and outdoor pool in facility (although pool was not available this time of year). All in all, this facility was great!

Some staff was unenthusiastic/not very friendly or welcoming, sheets on bed did not appear to be clean upon arrival, handicap seat in shower sticks out still when closed/in the way when not needed (could cause injury), no pedestrian sidewalk or crosswalks on main street, room phone did not work, no way to cast devices to tv instead of watching cable.

The building itself was clean, bright, smelled clean, and the staff was professional. The room was exceptionally large for the price. 3 adults, one infant. Dishes were perfectly clean. The kitchen had plates, bowls, knives (butter and sharp), forks, spoons, can opener, measuring spoons and measuring cups, wine glasses, Pyrex measuring cup, Pyrex bowl, coffee mugs, glasses. 4 cup filter coffee pot, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, garbage disposal. All dishes looked polished and clean. No fingerprints, smudges, or water marks. Paper towels, small bottle of dish detergent, dishwasher pods, scrubbing sponge, tissues. Extra linen for the pull out couch. Sheets and linen were clean, fresh wrinkle/stain/tear free. Mattresses were clean, looked new, fresh, clean and pest free. The decor was beautiful yet neutral. Tvs were all perfect size. In room thermostat. Electric burner oven with overhead microwave w/exhaust fan. Towels were great size, thickness, clean and stain free. Bathrooms were clean, no hair, dust, odors, mildew, etc Beds/pillows were clean/comfortable. No dust, clean windows and the room smelled fresh and clean. This room was beyond our expectations. Exceptional service and amenities. We truly can't wait to come back as this will be a monthly if not more common trip for us. So glad we gave it a chance. No bugs or cobwebs or anything other than clean, bright and stain/streak free

Assigned parking spots would avoid having to park unexpectedly at other buildings but there is a quick parking area for the office building which helped. The carpet was decent but could be updated. (Factor in its under new management.... I'm sure that will come in time. It was definitely clean carpet otherwise it would have been a deal breaker as we would have changed hotels as our infant is crawling)

Met our needs, pool was nice, bbq useful

The kitchen sink clogged up and maintenance was off for the wknd. We could not use the kitchen sink, which isn’t practical since we were cooking 3 meals a day. They offered to change rooms, but we had lots to pack and we felt it wasn’t worth it. They said we would get a refund, but still haven’t received anything…

While they appeared to be fairly full, based on parking lot occupancy, the team at this Sonesta was able to accommodate my request for a specific room number (D1823). This was our room during our first stay a few weeks ago, and since it was clean, comfortable and everything worked as it should, why risk it with a different room? And for any subsequent trips, we'll request again (if available). This Sonesta will be our go-to hotel for future trips in this area.

Stayed in 2BR/2BA suite. While the walls in the bathrooms were showing some age (minor paint cracking), everything in the suite was clean and functional. Did not partake of the included breakfast since Chick-fil-A was only 5-min drive away, and who doesn't like a chicken biscuit for breakfast. 😁 This property actually exceeded my expectations, after seeing other lower ratings/comments. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Check-in staff wasn't the most personable, but got me checked-in quickly with directions to the room and parking.

Spacious, and had everything we needed.

Parking away from room was a little inconvenient, and the stairs and outside of the property looked like they needed some repairs.

The two-bedroom suite (two bedrooms with doors that close + their own bathrooms) is a great option for families with children, especially if they are traveling for sports. It creates privacy, and in our case, our daughter could get a good night's sleep before her tournament without being constantly disrupted by us shuffling back and forth to the bathroom, there being other lights on, or other things happening in the room. We also saved money by having a fridge and microwave, so we could purchase food and bring it back to the suite instead of having to buy food out all the time.

Initially, we booked a "two bed" single suite, which we didn't realize was one bedroom with a king sized bed and a sleeper couch in the common area that was VERY uncomfortable. That was not clear in the description at all, so my husband and I slept on the pull out couch so our daughter could rest before the tournament. My husband didn't sleep at all. The next time, we upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, and it was wonderful.

Gym is great-24 hours...pool is fun seasonal) and having a kitchen was wonderful. Seems to be a great place for families. Walking distance to grocery and Target Bradley at check in was fabulous!

Breakfast was okay, but a bit off. Kind of like being back in elementary school with the cafeteria lady. Avoid Cecilia at front desk. Everyone else is quite friendly and helpful.

I enjoy how it is not exposed much and it’s very quiet! i have no issues when I stay here! I also like how I get to be in an area that’s not far from the entrance and it’s always either a room I’ve stayed in or directly next to it

They have a mini bug problem just like your household bugs such as spiders and thousand leggers but it’s not often most of the time just 1 or 2. also breakfast selection needs to be a little better a granola bar is not ideal for breakfast especially within a hotel.
