The location was fabulous and brand new. The seafood restaurant off the lobby was one of the best I have ever dined at. It had just opened and its food was excellent and its staff very well trained. Amazing value for the cost. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. It could have added a trashcan, a shower cap, a few more amenities and ensured their housekeeping staff cleaned each room but I suspect these issues will be addressed very soon. They were pleased to receive my suggestions.
They need to make visitors aware of the small cafe off the lobby to pick up coffee since breakfast is not offered. Amenities like a bottle of water or a robe would go a long way. The panel on the water dial in the shower had not been secured to the wall. The tv remote was hidden in a drawer.

Very central in West Chester. Lovely comfortable beds and bathrooms were beautifully decorated. Hairdryer that actually dried your hair. Amazing fish restaurant with fabulous menu and friendly staff. Carpark next door with special rates for guests. Will definitely be back.

Good location. Clean rooms, brand new hotel
Breakfast. Not good at all, very disappointing. No proper place to have breakfast. Opciones are limites and pre cooked. Nothing fresh. Coffee was ok.

Brand new hotel; Super friendly staff; Great location; Reservation exactly what I booked. No issues at all and would go back 100%; Parking thru the hotel in building right behind hotel.

The hotel room didn’t have an adjustable thermostat, but that’s was the only complaint!

Lovely hotel in the busy downtown with many places to eat out. The hotel Receptionist was incredibly helpful.
Service in the bar downstairs was very slow.
