The Rooms on the 2nd floor were all updated there were lots of outlets to charge phones and even a small desk that I used to work on my laptop 😋

The elevator Smelled like Skunk if you Catch my Meaning so lots of High Flying VIP Guest Must be staying here, and the TV had very bad color / remote system could have been a lot better connecting to the TV was Coax only so very poor video Quality.

Very strong marijuana odor throughout the floor. And limited towels in the room. At checkin I wondered why 3 people came for more towels and then I found out.

it was an excellent value for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. My friend especially appreciated the hot water dispenser in the lobby for tea.

I like the fact that the staff is friendly a few people that stand out Nikki from over nights is a delight she makes sure there is fresh hot coffee. Doug from maintenance is awesome he is always busy but always willing to help you out! And Naveed he has an amazing energy super helpful and full of hospitality!

I had asked for extra towels and blankets and the front desk said they would send them up, but I never received them. the phone in our room did not work.

Great shower and love the body wash and shampoo available. Bed was very comfortable for a great night of sleep.

People in the hallway were loud at times.

The room had a microwave and refrigerator. It was clean. The staff was busy when I checked in but the wait time was not long. The room also had a hair dryer and nice towels. Check out was easy. The price was right.

The ice machine was not working on any of the floors in the wing we stayed in. The hallway rugs need to be replaced.

The guest staying next door was being loud throughout the night, either fighting or playing the television at high volume. Staff called the room when we complained, but didn’t follow up past unsuccessfully calling the offending rooms phone.

The staff the lady that does the breakfast she is sweet very helpful

The toilet was running the water wouldn't stop running and they didn't clean behind the bathroom door

The bed was comfortable and there are convienced close by

The desk person didnt give good directions to elevators
