The hotel is under new management. The rooms have been updated and are spotless!!

There was a problem with the breakfast again (we stayed at this property last year). I think they were under staffed again. They advise breakfast @ 7 but didn’t open until 7:45. Not an issue for us, (McDonald’s is up the street) but for someone with a tighter schedule it might be an issue.

The staff were very nice. The room looked really nice and clean but the heater/air conditioner didn’t work well. It was way too hot. The staff said to turn the fan to high and that worked for about half an hour. Then it got way too hot again. We finally just unplugged it.

See above. Also, no dark coffee. Fortunately there are good options nearby.

We enjoyed having hot options for breakfast, but didn't realize there were boiled eggs for a more healthy option until the last 2 days. The rooms were nice for the price in the Philly area. Love having pillow options! The house keeping staff did a nice job and didn't grab towels that didn't need replaced. The exercise room came in handy for quick workouts on the elliptical or with weights.

I would rather peel an egg myself for breakfast than have it pre-peeled (they were unsightly). We were disappointed that the pancake machine was down and would have enjoyed more fresh fruit options. Our tub drain was very slow and the door concealing the refrigerator needs repair - overall, a great deal for the price in that economic area. Hotel stays have become extremely expensive. Y'all did a great job, though.

Very clean hotel, EXCELLENT Breakfast (Hot/Cold) with lots of varieties. Staff was great! Great service. Rooms were very upscale with everything you need during a holiday.

Had a small incident with one of the towels that had a stain and our $50 deposit was not refunded as a result.

I loved the water pressure in the shower and the size of the bathtub. The layout of the room was also really nice and I enjoyed being able to sleep in a nice, comfortable king-sized bed.

The breakfast was okay; I would have liked my juice in the morning to be chilled instead of room temperature. I also would have liked body wash in the shower rather than multiple little bars of soap.

Conveniently located. Our room was on a floor that had just been renovated and was therefore brand new and nicely appointed. But, beyond the physical aspect of the property, we were most impressed by the front desk staff. So helpful and personable. .

Great location, clean, well appointed, exceptional staff, very pleasant and very helpful.

Room lighting kinda “iffy” and refrigerator needs to be anchored (difficult to open without busting your knuckles.

The hotel and the surroundings were very clean. The room was also clean. The staff was accomodating, the breakfast was very good.

Nothing to complain about.

Comfortable room, good breakfast selection, and convenient location.

The bathtub had a weird rust stain that my wife thought looked like blood and she didn't want to shower because of that. There were also a few what looked like pen stains on the bedsheets.

We loved the location, breakfast, comfortable room. LAMAR!! was the BEST breakfast host ever. He kept everything clean, hot, stocked, and was so friendly right until cutoff.

The only negative was the second morning when breakfast was being manned by a different staff member, everything was almost empty and I had to go ask front desk for milk and other items. Then when the woman showed, she didn’t even make fresh food or check to make sure there was still hot food for others to eat for the last hour of breakfast. Super disappointed in her. Breakfast is part of the reason we always stay at holiday inn.
