Our room was comfortable. It was close to our venue.

The toilet made a really loud clank when you flushed, scaring me every time. I wish there was a small microwave in the room. The bar where we met for cocktails was extremely loud and we could not hear each other talk. We left early because of that.

We liked our accommodations, the attentiveness of hotel staff. We arrived rather late at night so we did not avail ourselves of many of the amenities. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the shower was nice and hot.

We were very unhappy because although our reservation included breakfast -- that's why we paid $150 instead of $135 for the room -- the hotel did not honor that commitment and told us that their records did not indicate that breakfast was included in our reservation. Because we were hungry and pressed for time, we paid for breakfast for two -- at a cost of $15 per person -- out of our own pockets. We would like to be reimbursed for that payment.

Liked the location & area restaurants. Tavern had limited menu options. Comfortable but small bathroom.

More towels for family of four. Also I had to dispute a charge on my card that hotel couldn’t explain. I had to call my bank to get charge released by hotel. This was 4 days after stay. Very annoying!

Clean rooms and helpful staff. We stayed 2 nights, and didn't need anything, all of our needs were anticipated by the staff. Excellent service.

location was great. easy to get in and out. ample parking. a lot of choice for breakfast. enjoyed the bacon & eggs the most bed was comfortable my husband enjoyed the spa & pool after a long day at work self laundry facilities easy to use all staff were friendly & helpful room was great. thanks Craig & Mandy-Lee for the upgrade & including breakfast we would definitely stay again

Hotel was super clean and smelled fresh. The staff were all nice from front desk, doorman, maintenance, housekeeping, to the older gentleman that kept the indoor pool area clean and had patience with all the kids at the pool last night. The rooms were nice! The bed and pillows were top quality and comfy!! Hallways were quiet and staff and guests were respectful. Could see highway traffic but couldn’t hear it once inside. Outback was right next door.

Easy check in great staff everyone always nice an friendly. The pool area is nice however the pool isn't heated I loved the jetted tub an the view from the 4th floor The breakfast is the best can't say enough. Real eggs an bacon an sausage.

The pool ice cold an the hot tub not that hot an the jets not all working. Always kids in the hot tub not suppose to be rules never enforced

The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My son love the pool. Also loved the outside sitting area. Food was delicious.

Single pane windows NEED to be upgradded ASAP For energy saving! It was 9 degrees one evening and turning the thermostat up ti 75!!! -still did NOT help! The bacon and sausage were wonderful but eggs were subpar as was the horrible french toast… Aim for Organic, PLEASE!!!

Hotel needs a refresh /update Deep Clean. Doors are beat up on the second floor…

Front desk very helpful

Clean the ac unit filters in the junior suites so it works properly. When you engage the tub spout to switch to shower the tub spout still has water coming out. The hot tub is Luke warm. "Get that thing up to 104 degrees so we can relax.. the pool is there for cooler water!
