The size of the rooms and it's usually always very comfortable and i feel safe there. The staff is very observant and they do treat all customers great. I'm one of their favorites.lol it may not be the best motel around but if your like me and value your safety above ammenities ( which they do give) then trust me I travel alone. You can tweak little things in the room but your life you can't get back

The róom bathrooms. I've stayed in over 4 of the rooms and the bathrooms in them do need some TLC but I made it work. Ty

Wayne Prewitt The hotel employees were very acommidating at check in and I had a very nice time in Springfield. The location was on the bus line and the train into downtown Philadelphia made for a very convenent yet comfortable trip. The diner across the street has a large selection of meals and deserts. I would suggest anyone going into Philadelphia to give it a try. What a great bargain in such a lovely town.

The bus system does not give transfers or change. So be prepared and carey the correct amont of fare. I would suggest having quarters with you. LOL......

We had with a card and we still didn’t get our money refunded back to the card yet bc we didn’t have a valid id but we got a room anyway from someone we know with cash still waiting for the refund it goes to guy McCall cash app card

Staff is very friendly. Micheal didn't tell me to write anything Jagu I was just being playful and he's a nice guy. Jagu you deserve a raise as well. One of the hardest working women I've ever had the privilege of knowing. 😁👍

The hotel was clean. The lobby was comfortable and seemed upscale relative to the cost. The bed was comfortable and the light-blocking curtains worked well so the room remained dim and the boys slept until 7:30 AM. My kids had a great time. It was a great value. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed for one night during our visit to Springfield. The hotel was a great location. The lobby/building is very pretty and the room with two queen beds was updated and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we come.

It was a quick reservation based on the sudden requirement to stay in the town to attend family event. The ambience was good and we were treated well. Rooms clean, bed comfortable and bathroom was also clean. Perfect choice.

The suite was a very nice and elegant room. The bed was large enough for two and well maintained. The room location was ideal and conveniently placed. The entire property was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

They took care of swift & affordable housing, kept me safe, security agent on site, housekeeping kept items accessable when requested, no disturbances, I can't complain.

Had a wonderful experience. My husband was hesitant to book this place but the moment we enter to the moment we check-out, we never felt any discomfort. The place is well maintained and well equipped for a comfortable stay.
