Location

I SPECIFICALLY stated, on the Booking website when I made the reservation to NOT prepay and charge my credit card and I checked the box stating I would pay at the front desk. They DID pre-pay for the room and there was no way to undo this. DON'T GIVE ME THE OPTION IF YOU ARE GOING TO IGNORE IT! Bait and switch is NOT OK.

Rooms were lovely. The market in lobby was well stocked. Starbucks in the morning was perfect. The reason for my stay was prompted by a family emergency with my dad being admitted to Lankenau hospital and the need for me to stay overnight. After spending the whole day in the emergency room and hospital I was pretty much a wreck when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk person, Tori, was an angel in disguise. She was so friendly and recognized my distress and went above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel calm and comfortable. Your establishment is lucky to have her as an employee and I hope you will share this with her. It is wonderful to know there are still such good people in this world and I felt blessed to have that chance encounter with her. The next morning Logan was on duty and I asked her to relay my sentiments and she, too, was extremely nice. You have a great staff and everyone I interacted with was friendly and accommodating!

Love how the restaurant and spa are located near the hotel.

Kind of noisy. Slept on 2nd floor and heard footsteps for a while. Next time I’d like to be on the 3rd floor.

I liked property, staff, experience and location.

Showers could have been cleaned more and or updated with caulking, cleaning of rust stains and dirt stains in shower. Also toilets weren’t clean

Loved the dinner area. The different seating areas, inside and out. Great drink and menu choices. Good value . Good food.

Would not recommend the breakfast. Very expensive for what was received.

Room was comfortable, staff was friendly and professional.

There was a very foul order coming from the bathroom faucet and the a/c/heating system was noisy, it sounded like running water.
