“Red Roof hotel is the best place, guys Lelo, Ali, Mohamed, Nina, Ahmad are very good professionals. Take care for me with clean and nice room, competitive price. All lower 5-stars rates are not actually fair, and receptions of hotels near the Red Roof (like Clarion or others) not friendly and sincere like Lelo, Ali and others. Also, their driver Mike is very honest and safe driver, with excellent clean car, customer service skills.👍🏼

well the remote controls to the TVs didn't work so good and I had two different rooms and both remotes wasn't working too good The second room that I had got 128 only had three channels but it was okay I had ESPN so that was good

One of the staff members kept my I D over night. I missed a whole day of work cause my job requires me to have my I D on me the entire shift! Instead of apologizing, he lied multiple times about why he did not return it as soon as he noticed he had not given it back to me. That was a huge inconvenience!.

clean room, I was in town for an event and the front desk allowed me to store my bag the day the morning of until check in time, he even called me a taxi to get to my event at the Wells Fargo Center. Uber from the airport was $20.

Staff was friendly. Just the front manager was rude. He don’t know how to talk to his customers

Manager was rude. He was asking for $100 payments fees when u booked through the app they don’t ask u for any payment

I had arrived earlier Saturday evening and checked in quickly. Check out was easy and the $50 cash deposit was handed back with no issues. I was in town visiting friends and will be returning soon. Thank you all so much!

Everything was brand new! It was super-clean, quiet and Nor was so helpful; remote control, directions, recommended eateries, set a/c, wake-up call, open at 1a.

The location was not too far from the airport & Denny's was a short walk.

That our rooms were not next to each other.
