Facility is well maintained both inside and out. Immaculately clean room with convenient amenities. Loved the kitchenette and the pet-friendly policy.

Saw no clearly defined signage to indicate a designated outdoor smoking area which led to a bit of uneasiness. A minor glitch.

I didn't like the fact that I am allergic to dogs and no asked or inform me that animals were in the building. I didn't stay in the building to eat or go to the pool because of the animals. There should be a policy for people who are allergic to animals.

I really like everything about it this time around, I stayed before, I just wanted to say I will becoming here alot,it was great. Thank you for having me 👍

If you stay there, that's fine, but I think if someone is having something it should be a limit on guests

Very nice hotel. Really nice staff. ( your lucky to have them). Great location near Longwood Gardens and shopping. Nice pool area. Real comfortable beds and nice kitchen area. DISHWASHER is a big plus.

Needs ice machines! Could use another fire pit in a different location because 1 family can take up the whole area.

Exceeded expectations on every category: staff, bedding, kitchen facilities, room aircon on upon arrival, breakfast, gym! Big fridge, cushy bedding! Absolutely delighted with the free laundry!! Whoever heard of such a thing?! The desk manager fixed a pre-arrival reservation change issue without a fuss. Price is favorable compared to others in the area with less amenities. A superior stay all around!

Very minor issues! Ran out of cleaning wipes in the gym. And room had no teaspoons, I forgot to report.

Breakfast was good the first morning. Breakfast was very good the second morning. I am getting billed from booking.com when I did not know Iwas going to get charged a duplicate fee. @215.00

I didn't realize I was using booking .com and now I have to pay a duplicat fee of $215.00

Lovely stay, super kind receptionist/s , quit surroundings and very well located. Nice breakfast with delicious coffee all day long. Highly recommend 👌

Housekeeping is not happening on daily basis or a light- cleaning service can be done for your room if you are in a short-term visit or if the hotel is busy. )) as.i was told.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was amazing. Very welcoming. The staff was so sweet and very helpful at all times. They offered a 'Social' on M, T and W nights from 5:30-7p where they provided light drinks and refreshments. All complimentary. The outdoor area had a half basketball court, pool, 2 grills and fire pit - we visited in the Winter so pool was closed. Pets are welcomed. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Lots of different options each day. They had a very decent indoor gym. Many people were using it but still able to keep their distance. Rooms were spacious and very well equipped with everything you need.

Breakfasat was very good, lots of options, but I missed pastry. Coffee deliverey especially inpessive. Also fresh fruit, kept fresh. Appreciates hard boiled eggs, bananas. Liked freidge, provided oppoertunity to preserveledtovers from dinner.

Price could be a bit more attractive.

The staff was accomodating when we asked to stay an extra night although the hotel was quite full. We liked the second room better than the first because it was higher up and the windows opened. The room was well equiped and we were able to make ourselves at home. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen area. Stores are close by but the hotel is off the main road and was quiet.
