There wasn't a lot to choose from, must have been a very busy weekend, so rooms in the area were quite dear. This HIE was one of the better deals. My second room was very good. The towels however, have some weird coating, maybe fabric softener, which rendered them unabsorbent, how is that. I will take scratchy absorbent towels any day. My tv thought its audio was on a headset which was maddening, but the nice night clerk was able to come up and reboot it for me which successfully sent me to hgtv nirvana. So happy. The gym was a bit sparse but better than zero, glad to have it. Prefer the in-room coffee maker even to the fancy machine in the breakfast area. Location was good for the hospital, not too far away. Chick-filet is nearby, also a bonus.

Accidentally booked an accessible room and at my 0200 arrival was told there was nothing else to move to. Avoid room 115, there is no shower curtain, and the floor is slippery when wet, the ice machine is used non-stop after 0600, ugh. Next morning, the very kind manager found a nice room upstairs for me, huge improvement. Did I mention the cost of the laundry! Exorbitant would be kind, but any port in a storm as I had to pack on the run. One would want to find a laundromat if one had the time. Definitely hang to dry in room, vice paying for the dryer.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. I also appreciated the little details.. like the complimentary breakfast & allowing us to come in to use restrooms before our check in time . The location was convenient.. so mxuh stuff around it. Another highlight was the pool! Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Whenever I visit my daughter at college, I will definitely be staying here.

Had a rough start because I booked the wrong type of room accidentally in a rush and was told there were no other rooms available. The next day I was able to get another room from the very nice day manager with everything needed and more quiet. The breakfast is good with many options, B and G, omelet or scrambles, two kinds of sausage, oatmeal, pancake machine, quality yogurt and more. There is half and half at breakfast and a fresh ground coffee machine. Bedding is good with no crunchy, squeaky, sweaty plastic mattress cover. Had an issue with the TV thinking it was in headphone mode, so no volume, but the smart desk lady knew to reset tv by unplugging it and saved me from HGTV withdrawals.

Avoid room 115, the accessible room has no shower curtain and the ice machine is in constant use from 0600 on in the morning. The price of the room was steep, busy weekend. There is only half and half for breakfast, none in small containers for the room. Wawa next door has water and half and half. Bring your own k cups if you don't care for Green Mountain. The towels however, had so much fabric softener as to be unabsorbant. Scratchy would be vastly better. Also, if you are thinking to use the nice washer/dryer, well, you had better invest heavily in quarters: $4 for washer!! and $3.50 for the dryer!! I understand inflation, but this is off the hook usurious!!

Great location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. And I really appreciated the blackout blind. Would stay here again.

Just a few minor things... The location of the hand soap and lotion...too far away from the sink. Having a few extra hooks and/or shelves in the bathroom and shower would be great. Would also be nice to have dimmers or warmer lights in the room. Thought the price was high, but I feel all hotel rooms are expensive. :) It just seems like a waste because you're really only there to sleep and shower.

Very nice place, beds super comfy from the sheets to the pillows being marked soft or firm. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety to choose from.

The fridge froze the drinks and the phone wasn't working properly, kept saying under maintenance when trying to call the front desk, but not a big deal overall.

This hotel was very clean and modern feeling. Beds extremely comfortable with good pillows! Shower a bit slick so use caution. Good breakfast. Our greeter was very cordial and made an excellent recommendation for a nearby dinner spot. Hotel is just a few minutes from Longwood and Winterthur.

I have IGG holiday inn express several times now. I now always look for this kind of hotel in the area I am in first. Booking web site very easy always works. Price is reasonable and the rooms have big tv, frig, microwave clean comfortable and nice size just a very reliable efficient way to travel

No dislikes no concerns

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to West Chester University. Microwave in the room is convenient. Free breakfast had selection of hot items as well as yogurts & fresh fruits. Dove products in bathrooms were nice The full size bottles were actually full! (So many hotels don't bother filling them up!) 2nd floor rooms have a nice sitting/computer area. I could get away from the kids and enjoy my coffee in peace. Staff was very nice: front desk clerk, housekeeper and the gentleman who kept the breakfast area filled and clean. He was very professional even when someone was very upset about breakfast items not being there. (It was almost 10am and breakfast ends at 10) I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Gym was out of order. I just wanted to jump on the elliptical. But sign said it was being renovated so I understand. Hope they make it bigger. Only a treadmill and elliptical in a tiny room.

Close to Longwood Gardens. Which was my primary reason for travel . The hotel was in a central location to restaurants shopping and tourist attractions . Breakfast was offered. There was also a small convenience kiosk !!!

The hotel was fine. We were in some serious traffic that made us 2 hours late to arrive. I called the hotel to let them know and they were very accommodating.

I am a platinum member and I always book on my IHG app. The trip was last minute so I needed to book for that evening. The site looked different and it seemed to be frozen. I could not search for a hotel nor could I book. So I had to go directly on line. The price that I was quoted on line was not what I was charged. It was only a few dollars difference, but I couldn't understand why they wouldn't be the same. I showed the person at the desk my platinum card but it was not acknowledged and I wasn't offered bonus points. That is not usual and I was a bit disappointed.
