the 2 individuals that supported the happy hour were commendable. serving people drinks including those who like to drink as much as possible when it's free, can be challenging. they were patient and besides supporting the never-ending line at the bar, also attended to the food orders. they were respectful - even when the customer wasn't necessarily polite to them. we were impressed.

the shuttle service was poor. I was told to call the hotel when we arrived at the airport to be picked up. We called. After waiting 1/2 hour, while several other hotel shuttles passed by, we called again - only to find out the shuttle was not available just then. the desk attendant helpfully recommended we take an Uber for which we would be reimbursed. the morning we were leaving, the shuttle was out on the circuit dropping off at the airport. after waiting in the lobby about 20 minutes, I asked again about the shuttle. they telephoned the driver who said he would be back shortly - which he was. When we asked to be taken, he said he only drives over every 1/2 hour. once again the desk bridged the gap by having another individual drive over the customers waiting to go.

Everything was wonderful, and I especially appreciated the person who checked me in finding me someone to help with my luggage. I also appreciated her assisting me in changing my room. This is a lovely property, and I prefer to stay here when I need to be near the Philadelphia airport.

Everything was wonderful, but I was disappointed that the parking lot had not been cleared of snow. Although I received help with my luggage, which I really appreciated, I had to walk through snow and ice from the parking lot to the hotel, and I use a cane. Since I had to pay extra to park my car, I felt that salting the parking areas should have been done. I have stayed here before but never during a winter snowfall. I also thought it strange that all of the "featherfree" rooms were located on the 4th floor, when I needed to be on the first floor. But everything did work out in the first-floor room that I was given.

We appreciated the shuttle back and forth to the airport, very helpful however I was told to call as soon as I got my baggage and had to wait outside for 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. Not ideal since the hotel is 7 minutes away. It was only 5 pm when I called so not sure why we had to wait. We will probably park at the airport next time. The airport parking is $15/day as we found out to late and the hotel is $25. Paying to stay then paying to park at $10 more a day than the airport parking is outrageous.

The location of the property was very convenient. The free breakfast was delicious.The room size was great.

The bed pillows need to be replaced. They weren’t fluffy enough. The bedroom door squeaked loudly. No cleaned towels daily. Had ti ask a housekeeper on the floor for clean towels. The customer representative at the desk was not compliant in explaining amenities and offerings. Pool wasn’t working. We had to request additional passes for breakfast beyond the first morning after check in.

Appearance of hotel excellent. breakfast was excellent, lady there made the best omelet we've ever had with Swiss and bacon. Shuttle service was the best. Bed very comfortable.

Staff at front desk were too business like and not very friendly..They need to smile more. Room has hassock as first thing u see upon entering..it is a visual eyesore, worn, old..looks awful..took pics but front desk lady in AM didn't seem to care. Room was not cleaned (empty water bottles under bed, trash), totally out of shampoo. Gal at desk said we should have reported it but we had checked in at midnight and we're exhausted..weird attitude. But will still return as bed was comfy and hotel convenient to airport and great breakfast.

Facility was great! The rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Thee room was very clean and the ambiance of the main lobby was really pretty and comfortable.

The staff was hit or miss. The person checking us in, was nice, but it was obvious she didn't want to be there. The woman who took our breakfast ticket Sunday morning was more concerned with complaining about other guests and other co-workers with her co-worker, loud enough for all to hear. When I handed her my ticket, I got a very rough "enjoy your breakfast." Also, you have to pay for parking which was not an issue; but not noted in the booking description.

Breakfast is always great, long line for omelets. Could have used another cook on for a Sunday morning but they did a good job overall considering the long line. As a former hospitality manager the two cooks on handled the line well. Unfortunately, I did not catch their names. I have stayed at this hotel before and I would do so again. Paying for parking is a little ridiculous, especially since there are four other hotels near by with similar qualities. Overall, the hotel is nice. Happy hour is also a nice feature.

Our flight out of Philadelphia was delayed overnight, so we chose this hotel due to other passengers on the same flight also choosing it. We enjoyed the free 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport. The inner courtyard was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar; however, the drinks were quite pricey. A domestic bottle of beer was $8. The suite was very beautiful and had tons of space!

The prices of drinks at the bar were a bit much. We don’t like hotels that don’t have vending machines. There was a snack area, but snacks and drinks were overpriced.

The bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom. Water gets very hot and stays hot. Love that. Breakfast is pretty good.

TV did not work. I asked for help and was told there was nothing they could do to fix it. I was a little annoyed about that. Especially at the amount of money that is being spent to stay there. Everything should be working properly. Also, I could tell that housekeeping sid not clean certain things in the room. Table for example. Had some leftover food stains, and was a little sticky. Also, pool was extremely cold and looked like it hadn't been cleaned.

The room was clean, free breakfast included and a great location to the airport.

The shuttle service. I was informed the shuttle leave every 30 minutes. I came down early and told the receptionist I was checking out and waiting for the shuttle. 10:30am pass so I went back in and she informed me it would be leaving soon. Long story shorty the shuttle left when it was ready (10:45) and the whole time I was talking to the lady about the shuttle service the guy who was driving it was right beside her doing nothing.
