Good breakfast with plenty of choices. The only issue was not noticing where the sugar and cream were, which was on a table OUTSIDE the main serving room. Then around the corner more options at the kitchen area. A tad confusing. Very appealing central atrium and healthy plants. On Monday afternoon, Starbucks was closed and no free coffee was left, so no coffee was available. At my request, a hotel staff person made a new pot of free coffee. At the bar, we ordered a cheese and salami plate to share and that was full of delicious items at a very fair price.

See above. Monitor the free coffee so patrons don't have to search for a hotel staff to make a new pot. The suite had a bed and a sofa to accommodate two people who wanted separate beds. The room had NO BLANKETS for the sofa bed and I had to go to the desk to get a blanket. They gave one blanket. The sheets for the bed were not folded up, instead they were balled up inside a plastic laundry bag in the room. Who knows if they were clean!! When we ordered bar food, i.e. the cheese plate mentioned above, they forgot to include the grilled foccacia bread which we reminded out wait person for, and eventually we got a some very small pieces but there should have been more with such a good sized cheese/meat plate.

great mattress - I was there only a short time so getting to sleep was ultra important full breakfast - I hate the "light" breakfasts most motels offer. I needed a great start to what was going to be a long day

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a sticky smear on the floor by the tub and a sticker on the counter which made me think it hadn't been thoroughly wiped off after last client. I couldn't get the TV in the living room to work The bar closed early....was desperate for some food. The pre-packaged food near the check-in was not very good and overpriced.

I chose it because of the location. I was impressed by the relaxing beauty of the interior. The customer service from the front desk was outstanding. Upon check-in, I was given peanut cups. Yumm, my favorite. The room was beautiful, well laid out, and had everything I needed. I traveled alone and felt safe. I would definitely stay there again.

Bus shuttle. Sorry, they never picked me and another gentleman up. They were supposed to make rounds to and from the airport every 30 minutes. The gentleman called at least 4 times for pickup. I finally gave up and got a cab. I did mention it to the front desk, and they offered to reimburse me for my bill. However, I booked through Booking.com, so I was offered a couple of snacks or drinks from their snack area. I didn't need anything.

the 2 individuals that supported the happy hour were commendable. serving people drinks including those who like to drink as much as possible when it's free, can be challenging. they were patient and besides supporting the never-ending line at the bar, also attended to the food orders. they were respectful - even when the customer wasn't necessarily polite to them. we were impressed.

the shuttle service was poor. I was told to call the hotel when we arrived at the airport to be picked up. We called. After waiting 1/2 hour, while several other hotel shuttles passed by, we called again - only to find out the shuttle was not available just then. the desk attendant helpfully recommended we take an Uber for which we would be reimbursed. the morning we were leaving, the shuttle was out on the circuit dropping off at the airport. after waiting in the lobby about 20 minutes, I asked again about the shuttle. they telephoned the driver who said he would be back shortly - which he was. When we asked to be taken, he said he only drives over every 1/2 hour. once again the desk bridged the gap by having another individual drive over the customers waiting to go.

Good location close to the airport with nice views of the city from afar. Breakfast was good but busy, so get there early. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Hotel seemed understaffed, and the furniture was worn and in need of replacing soon. The curtains in our room were torn. They charge you extra for parking and had a very complicated parking system where I wasn’t allowed to unload first before parking due to the hotel needing to tow people. To be fair, there were two huge family reunions happening at the hotel on a Friday night.

Loved the big, clean room. Lovely and well appointed. Loved the facility overall. The bar/restaurant area was lovely to look at, but had an order-at-the-counter policy that was a bit odd, but it worked. The breakfast was exceptional.

The parking is an additional $30 fee-- which was not noted upon booking. It also required a room key to get in AND get out, which caused some trouble when exiting. Clunky overall. Had the hotel not been exceptional in other ways, I might look for another in the area to avoid this inconvenience.

Everything was wonderful, and I especially appreciated the person who checked me in finding me someone to help with my luggage. I also appreciated her assisting me in changing my room. This is a lovely property, and I prefer to stay here when I need to be near the Philadelphia airport.

Everything was wonderful, but I was disappointed that the parking lot had not been cleared of snow. Although I received help with my luggage, which I really appreciated, I had to walk through snow and ice from the parking lot to the hotel, and I use a cane. Since I had to pay extra to park my car, I felt that salting the parking areas should have been done. I have stayed here before but never during a winter snowfall. I also thought it strange that all of the "featherfree" rooms were located on the 4th floor, when I needed to be on the first floor. But everything did work out in the first-floor room that I was given.

We appreciated the shuttle back and forth to the airport, very helpful however I was told to call as soon as I got my baggage and had to wait outside for 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. Not ideal since the hotel is 7 minutes away. It was only 5 pm when I called so not sure why we had to wait. We will probably park at the airport next time. The airport parking is $15/day as we found out to late and the hotel is $25. Paying to stay then paying to park at $10 more a day than the airport parking is outrageous.

The property was great, the rooms were large and loved that they had a living room separate from the bedroom.

We booked specially for because it had a great pool area. But the pool was shut down when we arrived and guest services said it had been like that for a while and they didn’t know when it would be fixed. That should be something that is stated before booking. The air conditioner in our bedroom wasn’t working and when I called to have someone look at it no one ever came and the room was very hot.

The location of the property was very convenient. The free breakfast was delicious.The room size was great.

The bed pillows need to be replaced. They weren’t fluffy enough. The bedroom door squeaked loudly. No cleaned towels daily. Had ti ask a housekeeper on the floor for clean towels. The customer representative at the desk was not compliant in explaining amenities and offerings. Pool wasn’t working. We had to request additional passes for breakfast beyond the first morning after check in.
