My experience with this hotel began with a phone call to the front desk requesting the shuttle pick me up from the airport. The individual who answered the phone was Brie, and she knew exactly how to direct me to the correct location. Shuttle drivers both coming and going were super sweet and helpful. However, the standout in terms of staffing was absolutely Brie! She is professional, kind, engaging, personable and overall extremely helpful. Hire more like her please! Although I must say most of my staff interactions were great. The blond bartender who helped me with my tea orders every night was also amazing. Facilities were clean and I 100% would stay at this hotel again!

Now for the not so good. The food at the restaurant is abysmal and overpriced. I ordered a caesar salad with chicken and the chicken was the most flavorless thing I ever put in my mouth. I also went out for the day and asked for the room to be refreshed - specifically asking for the recycling to be dumped - and it was not done. No new tea/coffee accoutrement was restocked, recycling/garbage was not dumped. No toilet paper added. The only thing they did was make the bed and dump a bunch of clean towels on the bathroom counter, taking away the floor mat and not replacing it. Housekeeping in this case was not so good.

I enjoyed the close location to the airport and the venue as I was there for a concert.

Two things that I would complain about where 1st, the TV in both rooms kept turning off every ten minutes. I did not watch much of it, but if I had, that would have been problamatic. The 2nd thing that could use improvement is the Bed. I was really worn out and not very comfortable to sleep on. I think it's time for a new one. Other than that, all was good, especially the staff, they were awesome, but Brie was the Rockstar at this location. She went above and beyond to help me. There was a problem with my booking, which I made through a 3rd party, she fixed it and all was good. She is a great employee, she would be the reason I would book again at this location.

The on site restaurant and bar was a great addition I didn’t even have to go out for anything. Food and drinks were good. Also the room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I never sleep good when I’m away but I slept like a baby. Easy check in and out and it was quiet during my stay, no issues at all.

Only thing I paid for on and out parking access but had problems getting out as the gate wouldn’t go up not go up so I had to keep riding back to Joey front entrance to inform staff. That is annoying when there is a line of people/cars behind you and the gate won’t open unless you pay again in which I refused to do since I paid already. It was eventually resolved but other than that I had a very great stay.

Meechi at the front desk was exceptional. He made sure we had all the right information after being misguided by multiple other front desk staff.

Two different ladies at the front desk gave us the wrong information about how the parking worked. The second of the two even made it seem like we were trying to sneak a second car onto the property when we asked to get our entrance ticket validated. She had previously told us we used the same card to get in and out every time which Meechi informed us was not the case. On the very last morning right before checking out, a spring sticking out of the pullout couch tore a hole in the side of my leggings.

I did not expect the room to be so spacious. I was shocked and impressed when I entered the room. I was a big fan of the layout how it almost seemed like a mini apartment. It basically had a living room, bathroom, and bedroom all spaced out in a really nice layout.

I did not like the cost of parking. If it was closer to $10 a night it would be more reasonable for myself. $25 a night was a bit steep. Also just the way the app worked was a bit confusing. It would scan your plate upon entry and charge you but then there were signs everywhere with QR codes making it seem like you have to pay for parking separately. When you enter the complex it automatically charges your account and you don't have to do anything with the app or website until after your stay to pay for it.

The property was clean and nice . The room had 2 rooms in it which was perfect for our 3 person group . The location was nice and secluded but easy to find . Majority of the staff was nice

The only thing I didn’t like was that the little store in there for snacks were highly priced about $5 each item . No one ever mentioned that the breakfast was not complimentary . It was $25 per plate. You could not take food upstairs unless you purchased a $25 to go container . The food from the hotel and breakfast were not great . Spent over $100 for a waste of food . The lady in charge of breakfast and the white guy in charge of the night bar were rude. The breakfast lady kept lurking around our table like we weren’t going to pay especially when I left my little sister there to go get my card. Everything else was fine . Never had this issue at a Sheraton before . I won’t be back to this location.

It was clean and convenient to the airport.

The property was fine. We were assigned an ADA room with roll in shower and we are not. The chain needs to be aware that people with special physical needs have spouses and caregivers that often travel with them. The bathroom had no counter so everything went in the sink. Really inconvenient!! There was no area in the main room with a mirror except a full length mirror. No place to put anything.

The food that was served at the bar was excellent! The room was great and nice and clean!

The location was terrible coming back from a Phillies game and you have to make a U-turn to get into your hotel was awful we missed it and had to go back on the bridge again there is also not much lightning at night at the entrance and very hard too see! Your one staff member was not very welcoming either!

Troy, the chef, was a breath of fresh air!!! And what a cook! Excellent, friendly, funny, respectful and caring. Heather the bartender was a delight! Charmaine, meechie and Tamia at the front desk were incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you Sheraton. Your people treated us like we were royalty!

Loved everything even down to the landscaping outside. It was very impressive. We also loved the roomy suite and the cleanliness. Thank you!

I was very pleasantly surprised how big each room was. I booked for a room , but got a suit. Free Shuttle from Airport

The onsite restaurant had a very limited menu. I came during storm and there weren't many options outside the hotel and would have a loved a little bit more option on the menu. For a hotel this size and status, the dinner choice was pretty dismal.
