We were in town for a Phillies/Cardinals game Location to the ballpark is pretty good-about a 10 minute walk. The hotel is part of the casino so when you enter the lobby the smell of cigarette smoke was pretty strong. However, once you’re on the elevators and in your room there’s no smoke smell. The hotel rooms are non-smoking. Rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy and had a great shower. We would stay here again.

Very modern and updated hotel and rooms. Nicely decorated. Convenient location and great shuttle service. Casino has a lot to offer. Several restaurants too and bars. Valet parking was great and discounted for staying in the hotel and using the Live card.

Housekeeping knocked 3x in the morning. Food at S&S was subpar and the mojito was nothing but sugar. Getting and using the Live card was confusing for the casino. It didn't recognize my card but the floor staff helped out.

The location was perfect as we were there for the Savannah Bananas game at Citizens Bank Park. Our room was very nice and the view was great.

Our downfall- being unable to eat at the hotel restaurants because you have to cross the casino, which you are unable to do with children. Definitely a big bummer for us. I didn’t find the bed comfortable but my husband didn’t mind.

Beds and pillows and blankets were very comfortable. Great location By all the sports arenas and bussing to and from it. The driver was great too and customized our pick up. Great options for hygiene products too in the room. Espresso machine was great.

Need more than 1 plain nespresso since there's 2 people in the room.

So close to all the sports venues. The casino was so fun. Great band at the center bar on Friday night. Wonderful staff in the casino and hotel. Free parking was great.

If you are traveling with kids, casual food and the Asian restaurant have to be accessed thru the casino, so kids won't be able to go in to them. Prime rib is the only accessible restaurant at the hotel. You will have to get takeout or room service to feed under 21 family members if you don't want to dine in at Prime Rib.

The location was great. A short five minute walk to Citizens Bank Park. My room and the hotel property were very clean. Actually spotless. Parking was easy and free.

I would have preferred a coffee machine in my room than an expresso machine. the hotel was pretty expensive.

Although expensive this facility is perfect for my purposes. It is easy to find. The location is perfect. It is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
