This is my second time staying at this location, my first time staying in this apartment in particular. I was once again impressed by the cleanliness of this property - it was absolutely immaculate. I couldn't find a speck of dust if I tried. The linens on the bed were clean and oh so comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with (again immaculate) silverware, cookware, and dishes. I lived in downtown Philadelphia for years and I can say without reservation that this property is in a stellar location - a safe, convenient, close to my favorite park (Rittenhouse), and all the best restaurants and shopping. Even their customer service was quick, responsive, and kind. I come to the city once a year and I will absolutely try to book a Rafa property every time.

The property was excellent. Comfortable beds, very well appointed kitchen. Very practical location.

Too much technology and not enough personal interaction. Make sure you have all the information you need before leaving the house or that you have access to the internet. As foreigners, we hadn’t yet been able to purchase an e-sim and spent all our remaining value of our phone contracts to contact the hosts in order to obtain our access code. Once in the house, we couldn’t access the WiFi because the codes supplied to us prior to leaving were…on a website. After a couple of days in the apartment, I sent a message through the booking app which was never answered.

This place was absolutely spectacular!!! The location was perfect, the apartment itself was so clean and very welcoming. It was very close to Rittenhouse Square which was beautiful! Parking was a struggle but there’s a parking garage right down the street that will keep your car until you leave. It’s not super expensive but that depends on how you look at it. We dropped it off on Friday and picked it up Sunday morning and it was $117. But I promise you that it is worth it. We chose to take a Lyft to one of the locations but we chose to walk the entire city instead to get the full experience. If we go back which we plan to, this is the only place we will stay!! The host- this has been by far the best experience with a host we have ever had. We travel a few times a year and they responded quickly and very professionally. They checked on us at times and made sure we knew how to operate the key pad to entry. Wonderful people and company! If I could give 1000 stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Superb accommodation. Beautifully decorated. We spent 6 nights and enjoyed every minute. We had 2 large bedrooms with king size extremely comfortable beds. We did not cook during our stay but all appliances we could see were top quality. The attention to detail in this property is excellent. We highly recommend a stay here as its the perfect location. Very quiet building - eventhough it’s city centre location the sound insulation is very good. We can highly recommend this property and will be staying here on our next trip.

The only issue we had with this property is the number of stairs you have to climb to the apartment- made even more difficult with large suitcases so this place is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect apartment (we were in apt 101) in a fantastic location. Within the same block are 2 small grocery stores, a wonderful bakery, and multiple restaurants. The apartment itself is bright with floor-to-ceiling windows and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, etc. Be aware that both bedrooms of this unit, as well as the bathroom, are down a flight of stairs. So this might not be the best place for anyone with mobility issues. Everything was sparkling clean, modern, beautiful. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful rooms, very nicely furnitured. Hight rooms and well kept place. Nice area, close by bus stop. Well equiped with all that is needed for a few days or longer.

There are supposed to be beds for 5, one of which is the living room sofa. It is actually a seperat bed, which is ok. However the main room (kitchen, living room) has no 'black-out' curtains. It stays light all night. Same goes for the downstaires rooms, there is a lot of light getting in from the street. Also the AC cannot be adjusted individually and is super loud and blows heavily in the whole appartement. For the light in the downstaires rooms a solution was found with the onsite team for the second night.

The location in the Rittenhouse Square area was excellent. There were several small restaurants—Italian, Mediterranean, Chinese, Thai—and a bagelry, a bakery and a small food and wine store on the street. The apartment is new, clean, large and well appointed. There's a full kitchen with all the appliances and a good coffee maker.

The TV is in the living room, so you can't watch TV in bed. Also the TV is mostly designed to be used as a streaming device—you have to sign in to your streaming services instead of having channels available, such as HBO. We were sent information on the day of our arrival saying we could park in front of the church while unloading our luggage. We expected the church to be across from the hotel, but it was actually a block and a half away (we found it the day after we checked in).

The 2-bedroom apartment at Stay Rafa was beautiful, very spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. I couldn't have asked for a better location. Perfect for a short or longer stay. Host communication was excellent. They checked in numerous times to ensure things were going well. I have zero complaints and really could not have asked for better accommodations.

I literally have no complaints about this unit. Anything I could say to complain would be unfair and nitpicky. It really is that great.

Very spacious, well equipped apartment. Great communication from the hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, from a camp bed for our son to a later check out. We found the local suggestions really helpful as well. The area itself was great, with lots of eating options and local supermarkets. We would happily have stayed much longer. Our six year old son loved it.

Location is fantastic! Great bed, shower, and cot with a real mattress. Good food nearby, beautiful neighborhood to walk around, easy public transit. I had a question upon arrival and management responded within 5 minutes.
